Our rooms are cosy and comfortable, all equipped with bathroom and arte povera, to keep the original structure of the area's first Tavern, opened in the early ' 900 of our ancestors. History, art and culture dominate the architecture of Gubbio and surrounding towns that will transform your free moments in real excursions discovering historical places and the beauty of the surrounding nature. The B&B is situated on the top of a small hill and welcomes its guests in a typical Colonial building gracefully renovated. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with bathroom & TV, and offers its guests breakfast in the dining room in common or garden under the huge umbrellas (weather permitting), bed linen and towels changed weekly, all inclusive. The garden, with chairs, tables and a barbecue for guests, hosts a large number of flowers and trees of various kinds. The B&B is set amid unspoiled countryside where the well-known local wine "Verdicchio" is produced, it is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and a beautiful driveway full of Moors leading to the entrance of the B&B.

FULLY FURNISHED TWO-ROOMED APARTMENT ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF MACERATA
