The Bed & Breakfast "tempering" is located in the small, ancient village of Quintodecimo, 2 km from the spa of Terme Acquasanta, the SS Salaria and just 20 km from the provincial capital, Ascoli Piceno. And 'immersed in the territory in between the two National Parks of Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga and the Sibillini Mountains, surrounded by forests of chestnut trees, crossed by streams that, at the base of the country, are included in the Tronto river, which crosses the village. The B & B located in the upper part of the picturesque village is an old stone house that, after decades of neglect, has been wonderfully restored and renovated by combining the respect of the original typological elements (walls, stone walls, floors chestnut beams, etc. .) with the latest green building techniques.
