Ca' Nicassio is located in the westernmost region of Le Marche, Italy, nestled in the foothills of the Apennine mountains near the historic cities of Urbino,Gubbio,Perugia and Assisi. Less than an hour from the Adriatic sea, Ca' Nicassio is bordered on the west by Tuscany and Umbria, Emilia-Romagna to the north and Abruzzo to the south.
Ca' Nicassio presents a welcome and homey feeling to guests. It is a lovely three-story home with a cheery white exterior,large windows framed by wooden shutters,and two terraces lined with flower boxes, The home was completely remodeled in 2003.
Ca' Nicassio offers three lovely bedrooms with incredible views of the Serre di Burano mountains. The bedrooms are traditionally furnished and the shared bathroom is totally modern.
The dining room (Sala di Pranzo) boasts a large table,hutch,and bakers' rack,lovingly filled with family heirlooms. The room is divided by a large fireplace with a small sitting/writing area.
Guests may enjoy the outdoor terrace and the enchanting garden area to relax and savor the cool mountain breezes after a day exploring the countryside or the historic hilltop towns.

Avid travelers and lovers of Italy, they decided to settle in Le Marche because of the natural beauty of the area, the gentleness of the people, the wealth of activities ,the dirth of other tourists and of course the food! Brian has retired from the automotive business and Susan is a retired teacher. - The innkeepers speak: limited Italian, limited spanish, English, Italian
