An 1870 brick Italianate welcomes you to the heart of the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. This inviting B&B offers comfort in its cozy living room and dining room with marble fireplaces and a wrap-around front porch for relaxation, or in the hot tub after a hard day shopping or on the wine trails. Sleep in heavenly comfort in one of our two guest rooms. The Seneca room offers a queen size bed, cozy sitting area,which can be converted to additional sleeping space for a third person, and private bath. The Cayuga room offers a queen size bed, day bed, and private bath. Both rooms are air conditioned. Another full bath is available for guests. Awaken to a homemade two-course country breakfast with such delights as fresh fruit, home-baked muffins, belgian waffles, and other palate pleasers . A Beautiful Historic Mansion, The Finest in Wayne County

The Beard Morgan House is an 1830 Italianate style home with curved walls in each of the 4 major rooms downstairs. Since it remained in the same family for over 130 years its original beauty has been preserved. All the rooms are done in antiques and collectibles. Being a brick home the bedrooms are very quiet for a good night's rest and each morning we serve a full country breakfast to start their day. We are centrally located in the state which makes us a good base for day trips.
