      Two week notice required for full refund. We will refund deposit with less than two week notice if we re-rent the reserved space. $25 fee deducted from all refunds.

    Dockside's view of York HarborWinter view of Maine House from the water. Yhe Maine house has five guest rooms- All with private baths and air conditioning. The rooms share two large porches that overlook York Harbor.
    Lookout and Quarterdeck buildings. These are two of the four multi-unit buildings at Dockside. They contain standard, studio and suite rooms types. They all have private decks with wonderful views of the water. Sunrises are spectacular from your bed or deck!Interior of one of the rooms in the Lookout. Fireplace and private deck with an unobstructed view of the water make this a great place to relax summer or winter.
    Sleigh bed in the Maine House. The Maine House was built about 1890 and has been an inn for 50 years. Constant care keeps the Maine House in top condition with most modern creature comfort. This room opens on to a large deck with a view east of the water.
