Spacious grounds offer privacy as well as numerous recreational activities. Accommodations are in the Maine House, a classic New England 'Cottage,' and modern multi-unit buildings. Most rooms have private decks with water views. Antiques of museum quality, warmth and charm are found throughout. Rt 95 N to exit #7 in York, Maine. South on Route 1 to Rt 1A. Left onto 1A. Follow 1A through York Village. Right on Route 103. Left onto Harris Island Road immediately after crossing York River bridge. Follow signs to the Dockside from there. The nearest Airport is Manchester, N.H. Other airports are Logan Airport (in Boston, M.A.) and Portland, M.E. - Directions from airport:
From Manchester Airport: Route 101 East to Portsmouth, N.H., then I-95 North. Follow directions above from 95.

Roasted twice to remove the grease normally associated with duck. A cranberry stuffing with crisp skin completes this dish.
Policies - Minimum stay required (July through Mid October - 2 days, 3 nights on holiday weekends)

- Limitations on childcare (Babysitters can be arranged with two week notice)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (THE GREATER OF: 25% OF TOTAL STAY OR 1 NIGHT'S RENT)
