Spacious grounds offer privacy as well as numerous recreational activities. Accommodations are in the Maine House, a classic New England 'Cottage,' and modern multi-unit buildings. Most rooms have private decks with water views. Antiques of museum quality, warmth and charm are found throughout. Fall view of Maine House from the water. The Maine house has five guest rooms- All with private baths, heat/air conditioning, WIFI and cable TV. The rooms share two large porches that overlook York Harbor.Lookout and Quarterdeck buildings. These are two of the four multi-unit buildings at Dockside. They contain standard, studio and suite rooms types. They all have private decks with wonderful views of the water. Sunrises are spectacular from your bed or deck!

The Maine House was built about 1890 and has been an inn for 50 years. Constant care keeps the Maine House in top condition with most modern creature comfort. This room opens on to a large deck with a view east of the water.
This is one of our "studio" class rooms. Queen bed, refrigerator, private deck with water view. This room is large, very comfortable and sunny!The front porch of the Maine House looks out to sea. A great place to watch the harbor activity, read or nap.
