    The GODDARD ROOM is named after Alvin Goddard who sold the property in 1911 to the Town of Rumford to serve as the Town Farm. This cozy room features a Queen Size bed, 25" color TV with remote, cable, radio alarm clock and phone. The Amish-made furniture is solid oak, Shaker Style.The Kitchenette has a Mini-Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Automatic Coffee Maker and Tableware. The Breakfast Nook features an Amish-made solid oak Cocktail Style Table with Bar Stools.
    The CHISHOLM ROOM is named after Hugh Chisholm who put Rumford on the map by founding the Oxford Paper Company in 1901. This large room features a Queen Size bed, armoire, 29" flat screen color TV with remote, cable, radio alarm clock and phone. The Amish-made furniture is solid oak Mission Style.The sleeper sofa offers a high end memory foam mattress and can accommodate two additional people.
