From the South: Rte. 95N into Maine to Exit 44-Rte.295N. Follow 295N ~30m to Exit 28 -Brunswick/Bath Rte. 1N for ~60 miles to Rockland. Take left at 1st light onto Broadway, continue through 2nd light. Talbot Ave is the 4th road on right after 2nd light. Take right on Talbot. Inn will be 2nd house on left. From the North: Rte. 1S into downtown Rockland area where Rte. 1 splits into 2 parallel one-way streets (Main Street and Union Street) one block apart. At the split, follow Rte. 1S, bear right than left around the Rockland Savings Bank. Be in right lane after the split and take 3rd road on right - Talbot Ave. Inn will be ~1.5 blocks on right away from the water.

It's our home away from home without any stress! Cheryl, Mike and company are the best! Breakfast is awesome, pies to die for, can you tell we love the place and the folks!!! Can't believe that we have been staying at the inn for 10 years straight now! Love the town, the moms, the staff....couldn't be more pampered!

This is the best inn we have stayed in, in our world travels. The owners have thought of everything to make guests comfortable, and anticipated their needs. They are also very well informed about the area, and share their ideas and views. Just a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the main part of town.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we had to say good bye our stay at Berry Manor was exceptional. The inn keepers and staff couldn't have been more friendly or happy. The decor and style of the inn is warm and inviting, the food was delicious and the pies were to die for! We are already planning our next getaway to the Berry Manor Inn! We loved our stay at the gorgeous Berry Manor. The host/hostess were wonderfully helpful with suggesting/booking our outings and were always cheerful and accomodating. The breakfasts were just delicious (as were the pies/ice cream which were always accessible to us). We highly recommend the Berry Manor Inn!!
