On a side street in the picturesque seaside village of Ogunquit, this lovingly restored Victorian home combines the warmth and charm of yesterday with today's conveniences featuring a lovely mix of real antiques and fine reproductions. Ogunquit is 90 minutes from Boston Massachusetts and 6 hours from Montreal Quebec. Our rooms offer comfort and convenience whether your stay be a weekend away or a full week of relaxation. Stretch out in a lounge chair on the spacious lawn or in a comfortable wicker chair on the front porch. Relax in the seven person hot tub under a moonlight night.

I prefer the small, quiet charm of this 6 room B&B over the giant luxurious motels anyday! The innkeeper is right there, does all the work himself, and will go out of his way to be sure you have a comfortable, quiet, and relaxing stay, I have stayed at this inn 4 times now, and feel as though it is my second home. It's old, it's charming, and it's clean, Quiet neighborhood off the main road, yet close enough to walk everywhere within the town of Ogunquit. This one is my first choice on my list of places to stay. It will soon be your first choice as well. (The only reason for my 1 star rating on "dining", is that it does not apply here. This inn does not offer meals (he does service complimentary continental breakfast every morning though). For dining, there are countless restaurants in walking distance, to satisfy every taste.

I stayed at The Ogunquit Inn for the first time this month. Everything about my stay was excellent. Kirk, the Innkeeper, is all about service and positive experiences, so the customer service is top-notch. The Inn was exceptionally clean, and my expectations are fairly high to begin with. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and I like the fact that the Inn is just a short walk to the center of town. I will definitely be back and highly recommend The Ogunquit Inn for a nice getaway.

My husband and I truly enjoyed spending a night in Ogunquit. Beautiful seaside town! The Ogunquit Inn made our short stay a very enjoyable one. Our room was very clean and just the perfect size for the two of us. The grounds surrounding the Inn are very well maintained and the service at the Inn truly exceeded my expectations. Very close to the center of town, my husband and I enjoyed the short and beautiful walk to town. I would definitely come back.

The Ogunquit Inn provides exceptional, clean, properly maintained accommodations and service. Kirk is detail oriented and is well organized and provides a wonderful breakfast. The Inn is located within easy walking distance to downtown/near a trolley stop but is not directly on Rt. 1 which provides a buffer from traffic and noise. Highly recommended and looking forward to a return visit!

We had to cancel our reservation and Mr. Lavoie, the innkeeper, kindly responded to our request. It would have been our third stay at The Oquinquit Inn and we woul have top rated it every time.

I somehow lucked into finding a 1-night vacancy here in August. The room (#3) was very comfortable, the bathroom was up to date and clean, there was a private entrance to the back deck overlooking the side garden, and there was off street parking. It's very quiet and peaceful, but really just a short walk to the center of town. The host was gracious and non-intrusive. All in all, I'd highly recommend this B&B.

What a lovely and civilized retreat, in a relaxing garden setting within walking distance to everything in Ogunquit. Our room was comfy and had a lovely balcony. Great value for the accommodations!

I arrived on a Friday evening after a more than stressful week. I was welcomed right away and that treatment never disappeared the entire time I spent there. I love this inn because it's quiet and very simple. The innkeeper is polite and accompanying. This is my special Mother's Day weekend getaway for myself. The free DVD's he provides is just icing on the cake. Will definitely return.
