One of Ogunquit's most popular Inns for almost 25 years. A historic Victorian Inn with 10 spacious, comfortable rooms each with its own private bathroom, a sitting area, small refrigerator, cable TV, air conditioning, and wireless internet access. All of our rooms have been recently updated with new furnishings, draperies, and bed linens. Our bathrooms have brand new tiled floors, and many new updates.
The Puffin Inn has been featured in novels and many magazine articles including Down East Magazine and Frontier Magazine. Inn of the Month in May 2007 and May 2008. Read the wonderful reviews our guests write to us!
Our signature homemade full hot breakfast is served each morning. Unlike other B & B's, our breakfast is not a buffet or continental style, and is not purchased from food vendors. Our breakfast is all homemade right in our kitchen, including our sweet breads, egg dishes, and stuffed french toast. In-season, we serve fresh lemonade and snacks. Join us for a wine and cheese social hour, served in-season on our front porch.
We are conveniently located on Main Street in Ogunquit. Walk to the town center, as well as the beach, unique shopping, restaurants and activities. We are also on a trolley line (in-season). OPEN YEAR ROUND.
We are a true bed and breakfast. When you stay with us, you are staying in our home. We greet you, we serve your breakfast, and we live on-premises. Almost 70% of our guests are repeats. Our guests won't stay anywhere else!

Take 95 South to Exit 19 (Wells). Take a left onto Route 109 to center of Wells (Route 1). At lights, take right onto Route 1.
Puffin Inn is approximately 7 miles on the right.
From 95 North, over bridge into Maine, take Exit 7 (The Yorks, Ogunquit), bear right, take left at lights onto Route 1. Follow Route 1 approximately 7 miles into town center.

We have only one room (Room #3) with two beds (two twins). All other rooms have only one bed and will accommodate only two people per room, (children are not allowed to share bed with parents). We do not have cots or sleeper sofas. Also, we do not allow people or children to sleep on the floor. The rates are based on a winter season low rate of $79.00 to a summer season high rate of $219.00. Rates vary depending on the room. Please call for specific season rates for each room and/or visit our website for photos of the rooms.

Policies - Minimum stay required (Two night minimum July and August. 3 night minimum on holiday weekends.)

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (May bring own drinks. Refrigerator/wine glasses in room.)
- Deposit amount required (A one night deposit or 50%, whichever is greater, is required. All reservations must be guaranteed using Visa or Mastercard.)
- Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00AM
- Cancellations:
Deposits refunded (less $35 cancellation fee plus tax) if cancellation notice is at least 21 days prior to arrival, otherwise a one night deposit plus tax is forfeited plus cancellation fee. A fee of $35.00 plus tax is charged for all cancellations. No refunds for early departures, late arrivals or illnesses. We do not refund for inclement weather. - Accepted by the following agencies:
