Down- home B&B atmosphere while relaxing and being pampered.Plush robes and towels, chocolates on the bed and spa bathrooms all add to a luxury feel.Add-ons like massages or chocolate covered strawberries and discounted dining packages help to complete your feeling of rest and relaxation. Scott and Peter show great hospitality and are knowledgable about events and surrounding towns.Terrific buffet breakfast is also included in the room rate. The only thing I don't like is giving the room key back after my stay!!

The Gazaebo Inn is, simply put, Magical. We had returned to the US for a wedding and wanted a short four day holiday in Ogunnquit before returning home to Belgium. Of course often you book reservations not really knowing how a hotel experience will be; there is always some trepidation. If I could give 10 stars to this Inn, I would be the first in line to give the award. The owners are warm and detailed, the staff and hotels itself reflect the pride and love that is paid to every customer and to the hotel itself. For breakfast, which varies daily, we were treated to home-made Belgian waffles, an assortment of locally grown sausages, eggs and produce. There is a very fine assortment of coffees and teas available. If it does not get any better, cranberry and white chocolate scones, as well as chilled apple cider and herbal tea was availlable in the huge living area adjacent to the out doir pool and salt water jazuzzi. There is never an issue with robes and towels, they were plentiful. The hotel rooms are well appointed. The matress on our bed was top quality and super comfy; cloud-like! To top off the whole experience, I booked a massage session with the in-house masseuse, Aaron. Having had sciatica nerve issues for over a month and had seen several osteopaths in Belgium, I was willing to give a sacro-pelvic massage a go. And being a licenced massage therapist myself, I admit to being a massage junkie. I will steal his techniques for my own practice because after a one hour session, my sciatic nerve pain was 90% deminished. Three days later, even less pain. So book your massage with Aaron! He's awesome. To end a somewhat long review, I plan on returning to the Gazebo Inn again and again, no question. As the Belge would say, "Une bonne adresse!"

My wife and I just returned home from an absolutely incredible long-weekend "baby moon" trip to the Gazebo Inn in Ogunquit! We stayed in Barn Suite 4, and let me start by saying the facilities around the entire Inn were top notch. The common areas were very nice and the salt water pool and hot tub out back were simply amazing. As for our room, please note - the Barn Suites are worth the upgrade. Our room was a tastefully renovated King bedroom suite with a fireplace, 2 person in-room jacuzzi tub, and walk-in rain shower that was also a steam room. Yes, you heard me right. The shower, at a click of a button, would become your own personal steam room just a few minutes later! Did I mention the sheets on the bed were luxurious spa linens that felt like you were sleeping on butter/ a cloud / please insert your own comfy analogy... Luckily they were available for purchase on-site and now a queen set of these sheets resides on our bed at home! Even with all the upgrades, the place still retained its charm. All of the wood and exposed beam work was either salvaged from the original barn itself or sourced locally. The Gazebo Inn has everything you need to relax. My wife and I booked a couples (maternity) massage on-site, which was fabulous. Breakfast each morning was delicious & different (except for the exceptional blueberry scones which were available daily and which I wish I was eating right now. I kid you not... I don't even like scones as they are usually too dry; however, these little guys were amazing). Portable chairs, towels, bathrobes, coolers, sun screen, etc were all provided for hanging by the pool or for excursions to the beach! Scott was full of useful information regarding restaurant recommendations, where to park, and how to catch the trolley! I could go on and on about what a great time we had. Book a room at the Gazebo Inn with confidence! You will have a terrific time.

We've been staying at the Gazebo Inn for weekends for the past 5 years. We just spent our first full week August 8-16 to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Our hopes and expectations for a relaxing week were fully met and exceeded. After enjoying a very yummy and filling breakfast (spinach with steak and eggs has always been our favorite), We spent most days enjoying the pool and hot tub set among beautiful flowers. You really forget there is a world beyond the pool area. Peter and Scott and all the staff know just how to balance meeting the needs of their guests without being intrusive. It doesn't get much better than having watermelon delivered to you while your relaxing in the pool. They even think of the small details like having bottles of sunscreen next to ample soft pool towels and bathrobes. Our room (barn 5) was perfect, especially for a full week. There is no shower like it! Speakers built into the ceiling in both the bedroom and shower. This room also has a full size refrigerator with ice maker. We've stayed in other rooms and they are all just as wonderful. Should you decide to leave the grounds there are great restaurants and beaches all nearby. Peter and Scott have always given us great recommendations. It's really difficult to put into words how wonderful the Gazebo Inn is. It is obvious that Scott and Peter enjoy what they do and take pride in the inn and the service they provide to their guests.

Words cannot even begin to explain the experience my husband and I had at the Gazebo Inn. We wanted a small, cozy wedding and Scott, Peter, Bruce, and Austin made our wish come true. I checked in on Thursday with my Maid of Honor and I have never felt more welcome at an Inn in my life. You can instantly see how much pride the Innkeepers have regarding the Inn and they truly make every effort to make your stay memorable. Friday was our wedding day and it went smoothly and effortless. My biggest concern for the day was getting dressed to early! Peter is an amazing photographer and Scott was great at organizing my little wedding party and making sure we were at the locations on time. Peter took time to take photos all over the Inn and at Marginal Way where were had the ceremony. Dinner at Clay Hill Farm was fantastic, but I still couldn't stop thinking about the Inn's delicious breakfast! We stayed in Barn Room 4 and it was so romantic and cozy I didn't want to come home! Breakfast was fantastic and dinner recommendations were spot on. My husband and I are already planning our next visit and we left just a few hours ago!!! You can't go wrong staying at the Inn and I highly recommend their elopement package! I couldn't imagine being more relaxed on my wedding day! I would rate them much higher if possible!

We wanted to get married in Maine. We wanted to elope. So, we Googled Elopement Package in Maine and discovered Gazebo Inn. The more we noodled around the website the more delightful options awaited our discovery. After speaking to Scott on the phone, we chose our date and made our reservations. He was warm, courteous, enthusiastic and very helpful. We knew choosing to get married in January was risky weather wise, but we're bold like that. Sure enough, the Blizzard of 2015 hammered Maine the day before we were to travel. Undaunted we made our way to Ogunquit without incident. When we arrived we were shown to our beautiful Barn Suite #2 where a dozen fragrant red roses awaited us as well as a tray of Belgian chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge! Yum! We were the only guests at the inn that night and though we had expected to be greeted by Peter, the manager, unbeknownst to us he had been called away unexpectedly due to the imminent arrival of his first child. Two weeks early no less! Little did we know at the time that Scott, the owner, was wending his way home to Maine from Florida. We like to think it was just to make us breakfast the next morning! And what a breakfast it was, too! Homemade strawberry cream cheese stuffed french toast, sausages, local coffee (delightful!), and fresh fruit awaited us in the lovely breakfast nook. Every nuance of consideration was given to us for not only our stay, but for our wedding ceremony. Scott and Peter took care of everything and made us feel like welcomed family. Peter came to the inn that afternoon, borrowing time from his wife and newly arrived baby, just to shoot our wedding photos. We LOVE Gazebo Inn. What a GREAT place to elope or just to get away to relax and enjoy each other's company. We have already made reservations for our next trip to the Gazebo Inn. You should too! You won't regret it

My wife and I returned to the Gazebo Inn for our honeymoon (this was our third stay at the Gazebo). All I can say is perfect. Just like our first two trips, this stay was so comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Scott and Peter and their staff did a great job of welcoming us and making sure we were comfortable. They are never pushy, despite all of the great amenities they offer. Because we were there for our honeymoon we got a couples massage and also reserved the Gazebo's limo to take us to dinner. Both were excellent. The room is incredible (we stay in the same room every time). The shower/bath is truly epic. You have to see for yourself. Despite coming in November, the Inn's hot tub was open and we were encouraged to use it (we did, usually twice a day). If you're looking for a comfortable, beautiful and luxurious place to get away and relax, you have to try the Gazebo. We have become regular guests.

My husband and I have been visiting the Gazebo Inn for the past nine years. Over the years we have visited as a couple, with my brother and sister-in-law, and now we have 6 couples traveling with us. The entire Inn is awesome, all the suites are amazing, we tend to stay in the barn suites. The outdoor hot tub is incredible and there is plenty of room for all of us, and then some! Scott & Peter & their staff do everything above and beyond, keep doing what you are doing, and they will come! Love you guys!

We were beyond impressed with the Gazebo Inn since the moment we arrived. The pictures online do not do the beauty of the inn justice. My husband and I came for a few days as a mini-honeymoon and everything was absolutely perfect. We stayed in Room 7 (which we highly recommend!). The room felt like a home away from home, and we both agreed we have never felt that level of comfort staying anywhere else. As "foodies", my husband and I had high expectations for breakfast and these expectations were beyond met! We felt like we were eating at a 4 or 5 star restaurant each morning, with a variety of fresh items, often incorporating local food items (such as the Maine blueberry pancakes with Maine maple syrup). The grounds of the inn are beautiful and the 7,000+ gallon salt-water "hot pool" was perfect for relaxing and very private. Scott and Peter (owner and manager) were very knowledgeable about the area and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. We purchased a dinner package, where we took the inn's 1989 Mercedes Benz Limo for dinner each night, and Stacie (our driver) was sweet and kind, and always steered us in the right direction for dinner recommendations. We booked our one-year anniversary return before checking out- and can't wait to come back next year!

There aren't enough words to even begin to describe how incredible The Gazebo Inn in Ogunquit truly is. My wife and I first visited The Gazebo Inn last October for our honeymoon. It was so amazing that we decided to go back for our first wedding anniversary this past weekend and it was just as wonderful as it was on our honeymoon! Our room was absolutely stunning, the sheets are something you will dream about once you get home to your own bed! The rooms are so beautifully decorated and have all the amenities that you could ever need during your stay. Scott and Peter are amazing! They make you feel like you're part of the family. You can really tell that they put their heart and soul in to every little detail that makes The Gazebo Inn the most perfect place to stay while in Maine. From the stunning rooms to the delicious breakfasts, everything about The Gazebo Inn is just magical. The Gazebo Inn will always hold a special place in our hearts and we will forever be regulars there! We're already talking about when we can visit again! Thank you Scott, Bruce, Peter and staff for making our honeymoon and our first wedding anniversary so amazing! -The Gavin's
