If you're looking for an inn that delivers a quiet, luxurious, romantic atmosphere with unparalleled amenities, attention to detail, customer service and friendly staff in one of the most beautiful places in Maine...this is the place for you. This is our first trip to the Gazebo Inn, and certainly not the last. Scott & Peter take such pride in creating the perfect experience for each one of their guests. They offered helpful suggestions and packages to nearby restaurants, and are more than willing to help you find something to do during the day if you're unfamiliar with the area. The rooms are beautiful and beyond comfortable, and the amenities above any expectations. If given the opportunity, stay in one of the suites. I promise you won't be disappointed. Heated floors, giant steam showers and baths. You truly need a day set aside just to enjoy the room! The breakfasts were delicious and amazingly generous (don't forget to try their scones!). We skipped lunch both days! As always, we are sad to leave, but excited to plan a return trip! On, or off season the trip is always amazing. This year we took home an ornament to put on our Christmas tree. Perhaps next year we'll take home some of their amazing bed linens & towels! Thanks again Scott & Peter! You guys are the best!

Down- home B&B atmosphere while relaxing and being pampered.Plush robes and towels, chocolates on the bed and spa bathrooms all add to a luxury feel.Add-ons like massages or chocolate covered strawberries and discounted dining packages help to complete your feeling of rest and relaxation. Scott and Peter show great hospitality and are knowledgable about events and surrounding towns.Terrific buffet breakfast is also included in the room rate. The only thing I don't like is giving the room key back after my stay!!

The Gazaebo Inn is, simply put, Magical. We had returned to the US for a wedding and wanted a short four day holiday in Ogunnquit before returning home to Belgium. Of course often you book reservations not really knowing how a hotel experience will be; there is always some trepidation. If I could give 10 stars to this Inn, I would be the first in line to give the award. The owners are warm and detailed, the staff and hotels itself reflect the pride and love that is paid to every customer and to the hotel itself. For breakfast, which varies daily, we were treated to home-made Belgian waffles, an assortment of locally grown sausages, eggs and produce. There is a very fine assortment of coffees and teas available. If it does not get any better, cranberry and white chocolate scones, as well as chilled apple cider and herbal tea was availlable in the huge living area adjacent to the out doir pool and salt water jazuzzi. There is never an issue with robes and towels, they were plentiful. The hotel rooms are well appointed. The matress on our bed was top quality and super comfy; cloud-like! To top off the whole experience, I booked a massage session with the in-house masseuse, Aaron. Having had sciatica nerve issues for over a month and had seen several osteopaths in Belgium, I was willing to give a sacro-pelvic massage a go. And being a licenced massage therapist myself, I admit to being a massage junkie. I will steal his techniques for my own practice because after a one hour session, my sciatic nerve pain was 90% deminished. Three days later, even less pain. So book your massage with Aaron! He's awesome. To end a somewhat long review, I plan on returning to the Gazebo Inn again and again, no question. As the Belge would say, "Une bonne adresse!"

My wife and I just returned home from an absolutely incredible long-weekend "baby moon" trip to the Gazebo Inn in Ogunquit! We stayed in Barn Suite 4, and let me start by saying the facilities around the entire Inn were top notch. The common areas were very nice and the salt water pool and hot tub out back were simply amazing. As for our room, please note - the Barn Suites are worth the upgrade. Our room was a tastefully renovated King bedroom suite with a fireplace, 2 person in-room jacuzzi tub, and walk-in rain shower that was also a steam room. Yes, you heard me right. The shower, at a click of a button, would become your own personal steam room just a few minutes later! Did I mention the sheets on the bed were luxurious spa linens that felt like you were sleeping on butter/ a cloud / please insert your own comfy analogy... Luckily they were available for purchase on-site and now a queen set of these sheets resides on our bed at home! Even with all the upgrades, the place still retained its charm. All of the wood and exposed beam work was either salvaged from the original barn itself or sourced locally. The Gazebo Inn has everything you need to relax. My wife and I booked a couples (maternity) massage on-site, which was fabulous. Breakfast each morning was delicious & different (except for the exceptional blueberry scones which were available daily and which I wish I was eating right now. I kid you not... I don't even like scones as they are usually too dry; however, these little guys were amazing). Portable chairs, towels, bathrobes, coolers, sun screen, etc were all provided for hanging by the pool or for excursions to the beach! Scott was full of useful information regarding restaurant recommendations, where to park, and how to catch the trolley! I could go on and on about what a great time we had. Book a room at the Gazebo Inn with confidence! You will have a terrific time.

We've been staying at the Gazebo Inn for weekends for the past 5 years. We just spent our first full week August 8-16 to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Our hopes and expectations for a relaxing week were fully met and exceeded. After enjoying a very yummy and filling breakfast (spinach with steak and eggs has always been our favorite), We spent most days enjoying the pool and hot tub set among beautiful flowers. You really forget there is a world beyond the pool area. Peter and Scott and all the staff know just how to balance meeting the needs of their guests without being intrusive. It doesn't get much better than having watermelon delivered to you while your relaxing in the pool. They even think of the small details like having bottles of sunscreen next to ample soft pool towels and bathrobes. Our room (barn 5) was perfect, especially for a full week. There is no shower like it! Speakers built into the ceiling in both the bedroom and shower. This room also has a full size refrigerator with ice maker. We've stayed in other rooms and they are all just as wonderful. Should you decide to leave the grounds there are great restaurants and beaches all nearby. Peter and Scott have always given us great recommendations. It's really difficult to put into words how wonderful the Gazebo Inn is. It is obvious that Scott and Peter enjoy what they do and take pride in the inn and the service they provide to their guests.

Words cannot even begin to explain the experience my husband and I had at the Gazebo Inn. We wanted a small, cozy wedding and Scott, Peter, Bruce, and Austin made our wish come true. I checked in on Thursday with my Maid of Honor and I have never felt more welcome at an Inn in my life. You can instantly see how much pride the Innkeepers have regarding the Inn and they truly make every effort to make your stay memorable. Friday was our wedding day and it went smoothly and effortless. My biggest concern for the day was getting dressed to early! Peter is an amazing photographer and Scott was great at organizing my little wedding party and making sure we were at the locations on time. Peter took time to take photos all over the Inn and at Marginal Way where were had the ceremony. Dinner at Clay Hill Farm was fantastic, but I still couldn't stop thinking about the Inn's delicious breakfast! We stayed in Barn Room 4 and it was so romantic and cozy I didn't want to come home! Breakfast was fantastic and dinner recommendations were spot on. My husband and I are already planning our next visit and we left just a few hours ago!!! You can't go wrong staying at the Inn and I highly recommend their elopement package! I couldn't imagine being more relaxed on my wedding day! I would rate them much higher if possible!

We wanted to get married in Maine. We wanted to elope. So, we Googled Elopement Package in Maine and discovered Gazebo Inn. The more we noodled around the website the more delightful options awaited our discovery. After speaking to Scott on the phone, we chose our date and made our reservations. He was warm, courteous, enthusiastic and very helpful. We knew choosing to get married in January was risky weather wise, but we're bold like that. Sure enough, the Blizzard of 2015 hammered Maine the day before we were to travel. Undaunted we made our way to Ogunquit without incident. When we arrived we were shown to our beautiful Barn Suite #2 where a dozen fragrant red roses awaited us as well as a tray of Belgian chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge! Yum! We were the only guests at the inn that night and though we had expected to be greeted by Peter, the manager, unbeknownst to us he had been called away unexpectedly due to the imminent arrival of his first child. Two weeks early no less! Little did we know at the time that Scott, the owner, was wending his way home to Maine from Florida. We like to think it was just to make us breakfast the next morning! And what a breakfast it was, too! Homemade strawberry cream cheese stuffed french toast, sausages, local coffee (delightful!), and fresh fruit awaited us in the lovely breakfast nook. Every nuance of consideration was given to us for not only our stay, but for our wedding ceremony. Scott and Peter took care of everything and made us feel like welcomed family. Peter came to the inn that afternoon, borrowing time from his wife and newly arrived baby, just to shoot our wedding photos. We LOVE Gazebo Inn. What a GREAT place to elope or just to get away to relax and enjoy each other's company. We have already made reservations for our next trip to the Gazebo Inn. You should too! You won't regret it

My wife and I returned to the Gazebo Inn for our honeymoon (this was our third stay at the Gazebo). All I can say is perfect. Just like our first two trips, this stay was so comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Scott and Peter and their staff did a great job of welcoming us and making sure we were comfortable. They are never pushy, despite all of the great amenities they offer. Because we were there for our honeymoon we got a couples massage and also reserved the Gazebo's limo to take us to dinner. Both were excellent. The room is incredible (we stay in the same room every time). The shower/bath is truly epic. You have to see for yourself. Despite coming in November, the Inn's hot tub was open and we were encouraged to use it (we did, usually twice a day). If you're looking for a comfortable, beautiful and luxurious place to get away and relax, you have to try the Gazebo. We have become regular guests.

My husband and I have been visiting the Gazebo Inn for the past nine years. Over the years we have visited as a couple, with my brother and sister-in-law, and now we have 6 couples traveling with us. The entire Inn is awesome, all the suites are amazing, we tend to stay in the barn suites. The outdoor hot tub is incredible and there is plenty of room for all of us, and then some! Scott & Peter & their staff do everything above and beyond, keep doing what you are doing, and they will come! Love you guys!

We were beyond impressed with the Gazebo Inn since the moment we arrived. The pictures online do not do the beauty of the inn justice. My husband and I came for a few days as a mini-honeymoon and everything was absolutely perfect. We stayed in Room 7 (which we highly recommend!). The room felt like a home away from home, and we both agreed we have never felt that level of comfort staying anywhere else. As "foodies", my husband and I had high expectations for breakfast and these expectations were beyond met! We felt like we were eating at a 4 or 5 star restaurant each morning, with a variety of fresh items, often incorporating local food items (such as the Maine blueberry pancakes with Maine maple syrup). The grounds of the inn are beautiful and the 7,000+ gallon salt-water "hot pool" was perfect for relaxing and very private. Scott and Peter (owner and manager) were very knowledgeable about the area and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. We purchased a dinner package, where we took the inn's 1989 Mercedes Benz Limo for dinner each night, and Stacie (our driver) was sweet and kind, and always steered us in the right direction for dinner recommendations. We booked our one-year anniversary return before checking out- and can't wait to come back next year!

There aren't enough words to even begin to describe how incredible The Gazebo Inn in Ogunquit truly is. My wife and I first visited The Gazebo Inn last October for our honeymoon. It was so amazing that we decided to go back for our first wedding anniversary this past weekend and it was just as wonderful as it was on our honeymoon! Our room was absolutely stunning, the sheets are something you will dream about once you get home to your own bed! The rooms are so beautifully decorated and have all the amenities that you could ever need during your stay. Scott and Peter are amazing! They make you feel like you're part of the family. You can really tell that they put their heart and soul in to every little detail that makes The Gazebo Inn the most perfect place to stay while in Maine. From the stunning rooms to the delicious breakfasts, everything about The Gazebo Inn is just magical. The Gazebo Inn will always hold a special place in our hearts and we will forever be regulars there! We're already talking about when we can visit again! Thank you Scott, Bruce, Peter and staff for making our honeymoon and our first wedding anniversary so amazing! -The Gavin's

Stayed for 4 nights in September 2014. Had a great time , Scott, Peter and Bruce are gracious hosts, and recommend many great places to see, dining, shopping, and touring. The Gazebo is a lovely place to relax, and still be close to all that Ogunquit has to offer. Will definitely come back for another visit!

My husband and I just returned from two nights spent at the Gazebo Inn and we found it to be such a wonderful place! We were truly blown away! Upon arriving, we were greeted by two of the nicest guys you could ever meet, Scott and Peter. Scott gave us a tour of the place, pointing out all of the helpful details... and there are many- all of which have been attended to at this beautifully restored Inn which was converted from an old farmhouse and barn. All of the original wood was preserved and used throughout the Inn, from the floors to the ceilings, even crafted into tables. Even the windows from the old barn have been preserved and used as artwork around the Inn.The salt-water in ground hot tub was divine. Their homemade breakfasts presented a wide range and were scrumptious and innovative. Peter served a most wonderful spinach, feta, & red pepper pesto to go with the scrambled eggs, along with roasted apples, Belgium waffles, and although I've never been a scone fan, they certainly changed that! Their blueberry scones and raspberry/white chocolate scones were the best I've ever had. Our room was charming, quiet and clean, with our own little front porch area where 2 rocking chairs were set up to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Speaking of which, coffee and tea is available all day, as was a delightful jar of apple cider left out for the guests, plus an array of wine, champagne, and beer to purchase if desired. There was a small fridge in our room for keeping leftover food and cold drinks. The beds were dreamy. The sheets, bedding and towels were of the highest quality. I was also impressed with the beautiful upstairs library and a massive movie dvd collection (for those cold or rainy days/nights). The grounds are beautiful, and there's even a massage room, workout room, and sauna. They are in partnership with several restaurants in the area and provide many excellent deals on the rates. We can't wait to return. Thank you, Scott and Peter!

Far and away the standard bearer for all others to try to duplicate. Scott and Peter have thought of EVERYTHING!!!!. Upon entering to a warm reception and noting the "enter as strangers leave as friends" motto we were supremely impressed with the planning, layout and ambiance of the Gazebo Inn. Since this location was recommended by dear friends we were receptive to an exceptional expectation and it was met at every turn. From the complimentary water to the complimentary outdoor area including a fabulous hot tub that could accommodate 12 + but we had it all to ourselves. We looked for something to comment on and were flabbergasted with the service and need by the staff to satisfy our every request with a flamboyance that cannot be expressed in words. A truly fantastic experience. Wished we could have stayed for a month. Breakfast was homemade from the wonderful scones to the cream filled French toast to the fresh coffee.....EXCELLENT. Having stayed at B&B's worldwide and traveling to Ogunquit for the first time we were totally impressed with all aspects of this location and plan on regular visits to share with present and new friends for a long time. Scott and Peter, you guys are GREAT.... Bill & Eileen

First of all, I have to say that if you read no further just know that this place is absolutely wonderful in every way. My daughter and I stayed here as a mother/daughter getaway and could not have been happier with our choice to stay here. We arrived and right from the start were greeted by Peter in the back parking lot showing us the perfect spot to park for our room. Then upon exiting our vehicle Scott came out, said hello to us by name, introduced himself, offered help with our luggage and then gave us a tour. The place itself is fabulous and the attention to detail is unsurpassed. Scott and Peter show great pride in everything they do and it is extremely evident in all they do and how they run the inn etc. The rooms are clean, cozy and beautiful! They have plenty of coffee and tea choices right in the room, along with 2 water bottles to refill free of charge throughout your stay. The breakfasts are so scrumptious and they have many places to sit and enjoy this every morning, inside and out. We were impressed with how as we walked I the breakfast room each morning either Scott or Peter would come out and greet us and explain the breakfast choices. To date we still wonder what the morning's breakfasts will be! The pool and hot tub are awesome, clean , and perfect temperatures. We had massages done at the spa and those were wonderful as well and very professional. There is also a great movie collection right in the gift shop that guests can use free of charge. The location is perfect...we walked to the beach multiple times a day, walked to Marginal Way and took a Trolley right into town, which has a stop right in front of the Inn. We always read reviews before we stay at a place and while we were visiting we discussed how we can't imagine what on earth someone could say negative about this place!

My husband and I recently got married and stayed at the Gazebo Inn Ogunquit for our honeymoon. This place rocked! Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner of this wonderful establishment to give us a 30 minute tour of the entire facility. Kevin (my new husband) and I were totally blown away. This place offers everything from umbrellas, coolers, chairs for the beach, to a gourmet breakfast in the morning. Again, it is without reservation that I say, THIS PLACE ROCKS!

We stayed here over the July 4th weekend. We traveled with another couple. We all agreed that the place was wonderful. Scott, Peter and staff work hard at making it a comfortable and welcoming. My husband and I were in house suite 10. Loved the room. It was on the ground floor by the pool. The shower and bath combo is the best. Great jetted tub and a fantastic shower. The shower and tub are behind glass doors. Breakfast was excellent. Changed every morning. One morning it was blueberry pancakes another morning we had the most delicious scrambled eggs and there were always a breakfast meat and potatoes. There was also fresh baked scones every morning. We would definitely come back here when we are in Maine. Thank you Scott, Peter and staff for a great stay.

We have stayed at many B&Bs over the years, and this is the one all others will now be judged by! Every part of our stay was stellar, and relaxing. The owners are friendly but not pushy, which is harder than it sounds. They were very helpful when I wanted to surprise my husband with a pie - he was very pleased to have it waiting in the room, along with our anniversary balloons, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries (THE best I've ever had!) The food was great, excellent selection for every taste to start the day off, and a nice little area to eat in, while not being on top of each other. The bed, oh the bed, was seriously the most comfortable Ive ever slept in. Just overall comfortable mattress, and the layers of blankets and sheets were incredibly high quality (and you can buy them!). Lying down felt very indulgent, right to the pillows that were like clouds! The room (king 5) was gorgeous, including the bathroom. Obviously care was put into every room, and the water pressure was great, which has usually been one of our disappointments when traveling. Our room was convenient to the pool and hot tub, which was a treat. We did alot of walking and after such a long cold winter, the salt water hot tub was incredible, very indulgent and a great set up - even if several couples are out, you each have your own area to chat privately. The location is excellent, we like to walk, so were delighted when we could cross the street and take the footbridge onto the absolutely stunning beach, then walk down to the main part of town for shopping and restaurants. The sand is silky soft, and the view is absolutely stunning and very relaxing. We were within easy distance of the center of town and the incredible Marginal Way - a path that winds along the coast. If you're adventurous, you can climb on the huge jetties, we did and had a blast! This is definitely one out our 'we have to get away' places, especially after a long winter, this is the perfect place to recharge!

Wow! You know you have reached a new level of hospitality when you drive up the entrance to The Gazebo and after only a few yards you leave the hustle of Route 1 traffic far behind. Scott and Peter greet you like old friends and make you feel at home from the start. Take the tour, as you want to make sure you know all that is available...the level of comfort will melt away all stress. Here is a place that has expertly honed the art if hospitality. And while the prices may be higher than what you're used to, you get far more than your money's worth. Our time there was regrettably short but left us wanting to return to experience the pool and hot tub surrounded by what undoubtedly will be a riot of color in a beautifully landscaped and flowered terrace. BTW, we have experienced no other property that offers such a huge variety of extras to help celebrate a special occasion. I made a large number of brownie points from an exquisite floral arrangement and box of chocolates for my husband that were waiting for us in our room. The custom-made furniture adds to the comfort of each room and the awesome lounge in the rustic barn will blow you away. Go see for yourself and treat yourself to some quality time at the best place in southern Maine. You deserve it...we did!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Gazebo Inn. We enjoyed using the hot tub, especially the privacy offered by the different sides. We had a fantastic couples massage right on the premises, which made it extra relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious! Scott and Peter really pay attention to every detail. Definitely will be recommending the Gazebo Inn to our family and friends.

Heaven is a place on earth and it's called the Gazebo Inn :) This was our third stay at the Gazebo Inn. We stayed one night in King 2 and another night in King 7. Both rooms were amazing. Our hosts are always fantastic and they were especially helpful this visit with our wants and changing plans. Breakfast was amazing as always. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet season of the community. The Gazebo Inn is our "go to" place to relax and recharge.

We felt so comfortable at the Gazebo Inn! When getting away for a weekend you look for comfort and relaxation and that is what we experienced. From the minute we walked in Peter and Scott made us feel very welcomed. Not to mention The fabulous breakfast served and I am a bacon and eggs guy! The scones were so delicious we bought some to bring home with us!

I very seldom give five stars to anything since it implies perfection, but I can't find a single negative for the Gazebo Inn in Ogunquit, Maine. This past week was the fifth or sixth time we have stayed and once again they exceeded all expectations. The room was fantastic, the staff make you feel like a member of the family, the breakfasts were to die for. I mean six different types of coffee, three kinds of juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, a different specialty every morning, (Tuesday was French toast stuffed with cream cheese and strawberry preserves!), two kinds of breakfast meats, home fries with a sautéed vegetable medley. Let me put it this way, you don't have to eat lunch! And when you leave to come home, you're already planning your next visit. The Gazebo is the place to stay on the Maine coast! Oops, I almost forgot to mention the huge outdoor hot tub! Don't miss it.

I enjoyed my second Girls weekend at the Gazebo Inn in Jan. Such a warm and cozy place to stay, with beautiful rooms and yummy breakfasts! I was able to celebrate my 50th with some great friends, and came away with many new and close friends. The "boys" at the Inn accommodated all of our needs..and really let us have fun. We took our "polar plunge" in the ocean. Had wonderful coffee, and snuggled in soft and cozy sheets..and the hot tub in the snow is to "die for" !! need a place to get away with the just the girls? this is it..do it and get catered to ..

My wife and I returned for a 3rd visit to the Gazebo Inn in November, and as in prior visits, we were not disappointed. We have always enjoyed a pre holiday get away in the Fall and the relaxing atmosphere at the Inn is something we have looked forward to for the past 3 years. The Barn suites are perfect for a romantic get away. Looking forward to next years trip.

We had the pleasure of sstaying at the Gazebo Inn Bed and Breakfast the first weekend in December. It could have not been better. Our room was located in a newly renovated section of the Inn and was very warmly decorated. Included in our stay was an amazing breakfast that included 2 meats, 2 vegs or fruits, a fruit salad, a variety of juices, teas, coffees and cereals and other breakfast items as well as home made scones (that were to die for) ready every morning at 8 am. Scott and Peter make all fresh every morning and enjoy visiting and sharing their ideas with guests. This was our first bed and breakfast experience and will not be our last. We will be back next year!

My wife and I stayed here for one cold November night. Scott and Peter couldn't have been nicer, the inn and room were fantastic, food was great and the outdoor hot tub was amazing - even in the chilly weather. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, and hope to be back soon ourselves!

I recently stayed at this B&B with my Wife for our first Wedding Anniversary. It did not disappoint! First of all we had something unexpected come up the day we were supposed to arrive and even though their check-in times are (2-5) they had someone stay up till 11pm to check us in and even give us a mini tour! That was a great start to a great weekend! We stayed in House Suite 3 which is in a great location (2nd floor above kitchen area). This gave us the opportunity to grab coffee or hot chocolate later at night in our socks which made it feel like home! We met Scott (co-owner) and Peter(manager) at breakfast and were impressed with their friendly attitude and demeanor. I was expecting someone to be a little bit more overwhelmed with having 15 or so people milling around the food stations but they were calm and pleasant to talk to. The breakfast was delicious buffet style that we loaded up on and skipped lunch since it was so delicious. The bathroom is a god send too - look at the description to the room (House Suite 3) and that will tell it all. Basically the bottom line you should be looking for is that if you can afford to spend the extra money to stay at this establishment then it will not disappoint. I would love to have stayed longer but we will have to settle with next year and potentially making this our wedding anniversary yearly stay!

The Gazebo Inn was recommended to us for our honeymoon by some friends, and we were beyond happy with it. We've recommended it to many of our friends too, and those that have gone were also so blessed by their visit. We just took our long awaited second trip (only two years, but two months would still be 'long awaited') to the Gazebo Inn and were a little nervous we'd built it up in our heads too much - but that was not the case. We were once again blown away by every aspect of a B&B - especially the breakfast. We will continue to spread the word, while we plan our third visit!

This was our second time staying at the inn and we were just as impressed as the first time. The inn itself is very well kept and the rooms spotless. Their sheets are unbeleiveably comfortable, and if you want they have them available for purchase during your stay. Needless to say we took a set home with us on our first visit. The breakfast is unique every day, its the best you could ask for. Peter and Scott are very accomodating and do a great job, I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Maine!

Gazebo Inn is a great place for a getaway in Maine. We just stayed here for two nights and wish we had planned it for longer. The inn is beautiful, wonderfully decorated and clean. The breakfasts are to die for-you won't get plain old scrambled eggs here. The food is delicious and prepared with such care. We can't wait to come back for another visit.

We stayed here on our last night after a tour of New England where we stayed in several different Inns. The Gazebo Inn was without doubt the best. From the minute we arrived, the service from Peter and Scott and their team was second to none. From our luxurious room, to the superb outdoor hot tub, the fabulous breakfast buffet and the relaxed atmosphere all around the public areas, we couldn't fault the Gazebo Inn and are only sorry that we didn't have longer to stay in this beautiful place. We will definitely return.

Scott and Peter are always so attentive and really know how to make their guests feel 100% comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing and different every day. We are really looking forward to see how beautiful it will be in the winter as well.

My wife and I have been staying at the Gazebo Inn for years and love every minute we're there. From the luxurious barn suites to the 5 star quality breakfasts, this truly is a gem in Ogunquit. All of the rooms have been thoughtfully designed with only the highest quality features. Scott, Peter and the entire staff are always accommodating whether you have an additional request to make your stay more special or if it's to suggest one of the many local restaurants in the area, they do not disappoint!

The Gazebo Inn was a fantastic getaway, with beautiful and comfortable accommodations! From the moment we arrived, Scott was warm and so very gracious giving us the grand tour of the immaculate inn, with its beautiful grounds, flowers, waterfalls, and peaceful setting. He was so proud in stating the history of the construction, and revitalization of the entire inn! What a magnificent job he has done in preserving wood, beams and many other items from the original barn! We stayed in suite King 3, which proved to be way beyond our expectations! From the most comfortable bed, with its elegant bedding, to the one of a kind shower and huge jacuzzi tub, luxurious towels, a kitchen area, and a fireplace!!!! What else could we have asked for? And in addition, the breakfasts are to die for with fresh fruit, delicious scones, blueberry pancakes, bacon, various juices, coffee, teas, all made daily by the great chef Peter!!! Delicious! Scott, Peter and Bruce had paid attention to every detail at this inn, and want to make sure everyone is enjoying their stay! We did indeed come to the Gazebo Inn as strangers, but left as longlife friends..... We will definitely return to our favorite spot in Ogunquit, Ma. Karen and Phil Balmer, East Longmeadow, Ma.

The Gazebo Inn is an upscale B&B that we found last year. After our first stay last year, I consider myself a regular, because I know that I will keep going back. I fell in love with their website, and had extremely high expectations. They blew me away! And going back this year was just as special. The building is gorgeous, the rooms comfortable, the beds are OMG comfortable. The entire place is clean and sparkly. The attention to detail, in the building, the grounds, in the little comforts provided, in everything they do, adds up to a wonderful place to stay. And the hospitality extended by Scott and Peter is second to none. And get a massage - they are great!

By far the best B&B my wife and I ever stayed in. Perfect in everyway!!!!

Even a rainy and cool Memorial Day weekend couldn't spoil our stay at the Gazebo Inn in Ogunquit, Maine. The Innkeepers greeted us with, "Welcome home" and those words express the way we feel about this Inn. Scott, Bruce, Peter and the entire Gazebo staff go out of their way to make you feel like family. Despite the cool weather the huge outdoor hot tub was wonderfully refreshing. This hot tub has to be seen to be believed! Our room (Barn Suite #3) overlooks the gardens and pool area. It has a king size bed; a bathroom to die for (outstanding walk in shower with steam, rainfall shower head and jet sprays); kitchen area, seating area and flat screen tv. One could never leave the room and have a fabulous time! Breakfasts are hot and delicious with many alternate selections. Don't forget to try the scones. They are our favorite and can be ordered the day before departures for take home. An honors bar and a huge gathering room complete with a stone fireplace add to the ambiance of this spectacular Inn. Run don't walk to this slice of heaven. You won't be disappointed! Plus you get to meet the world's best and friendliest Innkeepers! Frank & Mary Griffiths Hanover, Massachusetts

We stayed at the Gazebo Inn Ogunquit on May 3th and 4th Scott and Peter were wonderful host, always ready to help us finding our way around Ogunquit either for shopping or for dining. Breakfasts were excellent The only bad thing about the Gazebo Inn Ogunquit was leaving on Sunday the 5th we wish we could have stayed a full week but we had to come back to Quebec

We just celebrated our6 year anniversary at the Gazebo Inn. We have been twice before years ago and loved it then. It is even better now with great accomodations. We stayed in one of the barn suites and loved it. We will definitely return next year!

It was by far one of the best experiences we have had at a bed and breakfast. Every detail is perfect, and you feel like family. The property is by far one of the most beautiful in the area. You will not regret going here. The value is beyond resonable. Scott and Bruce have done it right down to the smallest details. Stop reading this and book a stay!!!!

We had a wonderful relaxing time here. This is a very romantic and wonderfully decorated inn. The owners and staff were so kind and so accommodating, taking all of our needs into consideration. I loved the history of the inn and the time they took to show us around and explain everything. The staffs hospitality and kindness are very unique. You do not find that anymore. The complimentary breakfast was amazing!!! The hot tub outside was wonderful and I am glad that it is open year round. We already want to go back! We will definately be making this a yearly off season stop.

My husband and I have been coming here a couple of times a year for the last 6 years (can't believe it has been that long) and it is just spectacular. Whether we are here with a group or as a couple, every detail of our visits have always been attended to to the point of perfection. There is not one thing I would change, and everyone that comes up with us says the same thing. They do not dissapoint, unless of course you are my father and you are looking for the recipe for their scones, he's still trying to work out a deal with Peter! :) If you want to stay in lower Maine, this is absolutely the place to be. If we can't get a room here, we don't come. That's how much we love this place. And when Bruce came out to help us with our luggage and greeted us with a "welcome home", that is exactly how it feels! Scott, Bruce and Peter (and Nick) our just wonderful, like members of our family.

Our stay at the Gazebo Inn was magical. That was in large part due to its owners and manager who personally designed a luxurious inn that also brings you the comforts of home. It was evident that Scott and Peter, whom we had the privilege of meeting, are delightful, talented, caring, good-hearted individuals who have poured their heart and souls into this Inn. What a difference it made in our experience. We felt bathed in opulence but without a hint of pretentiousness. My husband and I chose house suite #10 for our stay. It was appointed with a lavish king size bed, two person jacuzzi nestled into an enormous tiled shower with double rainfall showerheads and body jets, living room made even cozier with a gas stove, plus a bar area complete with refrigerator, microwave, and stocked Keurig. What's not to love? The Inn has an incredible selection of DVDs to watch in-room, a gorgeous hot tub, gym with elliptical machines and bikes, which you may want to seriously think about using after the sumptuous breakfasts! Each day was a delicious surprise - steak and eggs with spinach and feta, waffles made on the spot with fruit toppings and sausage, blueberry pancakes with bacon and home fries. And the pièce de résistance: freshly baked blueberry and raspberry scones. To die for. Its location is just perfect. A brief walk or drive to great restaurants and very easy trip to the towns of York and Wells. Jim and Fallon, our massage therapists, were phenomenal. The staff was delightful and so hard-working. Everything in this Inn speaks to quality and the highest level of customer service. We've packed our belongings and are ready to move in!

This place is amazing from the second you pull in to the second you sadly pull out of their driveway. Scott and Bruce were amazing and the food was to die for! I honestly wish I could write down how incredible the inn was but no words could do it justice. We spent our 3 year anniversary like royalities. I will be going back as we'll be sending my parents there as well. What a wonderful place. It's like a kid at Christmas :) ~ Renee & Kevin

Upon entering the inn we were overwhelmed with its beauty and craftsmanship. In speaking with Scott we learned that the vision was not an architects but the innkeepers. We found the history of the inn to be extremely interesting but what we really loved is watching Scott talk about it. His in depth knowledge, hard work and passion exuded on our conversation. The inns beauty was internal and external with a beautiful pool and salt water hot tub that we spent many hours in.. Breakfast each morning was delicious with healthy enticing choices. The staff were warm, kind, accepting and giving. We actually planned on only staying one night but found ourselves enveloped in an environment that made us feel so rejuvenated and at home that we stayed an extra night. If you have not visited this inn, you really are missing something extremely special.

I loved our stay here! We made a short spontaneous trip up to ME for the end of leaf changing season. I am so glad that our visit included this B&B. The room we stayed in was amazing. It was King 2. It had a tub with jets and a shower that turned into a sauna! Those are just the little things. The service was impecable. The guys there were so helpful and kind. I just can't say enough good things about them. Always smiling and warm. The breakfasts were super tasty and try the coffee, when they say it is good that is an understatement!! WE loved this place so much that we will most definatly be returning for a longer stay. Love those guys!

Not your typical Inn. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfasts are amazing! We recommend this Inn to all our friends and family. We got married here three years ago and Scott and Peter make our yearly anniversary trip special . Just a great experience!!!!!!!

I surprised my husband with a weekend visit to the beautiful seaside town of Ogunquit and stayed at this hidden jewel of an inn. From making of the reservation until check out everything was perfect. The inn is located a short distance from the center of town and loved that about it. We were greeted at our car by Peter the manager who gave us a personal tour of the entire inn and truly making us feel welcome. The grounds were beautiful arms all dressed up for fall. We took advantage of many of the amenities including the salt water hot tub, a massage to die for and the home cooked daily breakfast. Scott the innkeeper met us in the kitchen area to show us what was available including homemade Belgian waffle, blueberry pancakes, fruit, yogurts and many different coffees and juices. Our room was located in the renovated barn and was one of the finest rooms we have ever stayed in. It had a king size bed with luxurious sheets. A two sided fireplace with one side over the two person jacuzzi tub and a shower that made you never wanting to come out. The room also had a surround sound system and a Keurig coffee maker with different coffees and teas. Sl

This was our 4th visit to the Gazebo Inn and as always we had a great experience. Scott and Peter truely go out of there way to make sure everything is perfect which really shows around the property. Every time we go to oguniquit we only stay at the Gazebo Inn!

My husband and I just completed a 5 night stay at Gazebo Inn and it will not be our last!! It was exactly what we were looking for in a fall getaway. Scott, Bruce, Peter and the rest of the staff did nothing but try to accommodate our every request. The setting/location was perfect, the breakfasts were wonderful and the facility was amazing. There was no detail that was overlooked. It is safe to say that this was the first annual fall trip to Ogunquit. Next year we plan to stay at one of the Gazebo's pet friendly locations with our dogs. Scott was so enthusiastic about providing pet friendly accommodations for dogs with no limitations on size or quantity, which is very hard to find (we have Newfoundlands (plural) and a lab). Looking forward to seeing you all next year (if we can't sneak up sooner! :) ) !! Paul & Becky Lombardo Naples, NY

Exceptional service, and pleasant inn keepers. I instantly felt right at home. All the amenities were excellent and inn keepers welcoming . We felt very confront able. The layout of the inn lent itself to privacy and peace! Therapeutic music was used in specific locations on the grounds to enhance the experience of peacefulness and feeling of nature around us!

This is by far the best bed and breakfast that my girlfriend and I have ever been to. Scott and Peter are extremely nice, hospitable, and gracious hosts. Scott's recommendations for food are always spot on. The service is impecible. We've stayed with them twice in the same room and both times we were so relaxed and felt at home! Definitely the best B&B!!!

Even after reading the 5-star reviews on TripAdvisor, we were still pleasantly surprised by the Gazebo Inn! We stayed in Barn Suite #3 and it's just fabulous. The attention to detail is impressive - from the decor to the high-tech amenities (built-in stereo with iPod hook-up, etc) to the most amazing bathroom ever! It's worth staying here just for the shower :-) The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sheets divine. I read many reviews about the sheets and ended up buying a set upon check out. They are incredible and I'm so glad to have a bit of the Gazebo Inn at home. Our hosts were friendly, helpful, and always there when we needed them. Our stay began with Peter giving us a thorough tour of the property. He clearly loves his job and is proud of the wonderful renovations. Peter then impressed us with his pancake and waffle making abilities at breakfast :-) Try the couple's massage class - was fun, informative, and wonderful!

We cannot say enough about the Gazebo Inn. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff really were outstanding and the property was gorgeous! We stayed in Barn Suite 1. Perfect is all I have to say. Breakfast was delicious with something different every morning. The outside hot tub was very romantic under the stars. We have already booked our 1 year Anniversary and will recommend the Gazebo to our family and friends!!

We stayed at the Gazebo Inn Aug. 13th to the 21st and didn't want to leave. This was our first trip to Maine and as far as places to stay the Gazebo Inn has set the bar very high. My first thought was the online pictures and video did not do the Inn justice, this place is amazing!!! When we arrived, Scott was there to greet us and give us a tour of the place and he was extremely thorough. We stayed in Barn Suite #1 which was awesome. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets so soft, I never missed a good night's sleep and some days couldn't wait to get back to the room for some well deserved rest. The highlight of this property is the courtyard and salt-water pool and spa. Our last day there we took advantage of this beautiful space, a great place for a nap. There are plenty of lounge chairs, no shortage of towels or robes and the sound of running water and serene music can give even the best spa a run for its money. The Inn is located just far enough outside town to give you a peaceful night's sleep but yet close enough to walk to the center of it all. The Inn is a five minute walk to the Footbridge Beach, the best beach in the area. I highly suggest walking to the beach since parking could be a bit pricey at $20.00 per day. Scott has even managed to take care of his guests with beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for you to use during your stay. As for dining, Scott has thought of that too, with great dinner packages to some fine restaurants. We took advantage of two of the packages, dining at Clay Hill Farms and Angelina's and used the limo to complete the experience. I also do not want to forget the breakfast that was prepared every morning. Scott has spared no expense here either, changing the main course daily and offering fresh fruit and fresh baked scones daily. Let me say the scones are to die for!!! In closing, if you are looking for great customer service and a clean beautiful place to stay, then this is the place for you. I can't wait to come back!!!

Took my wife for an extended weekend up to Maine for first time. Chose Gazebo Inn based on reviews and it did NOT disappoint! Ogunquit was a great destination: great beaches, Marginal Way, restaurants, etc were all amazing. But unlike most B&Bs I've stayed at where you sleep, eat then leave, The Gazebo Inn had a pool, hot tub, exercise room, movie room, bar area and WiFi! What a find on days with bad weather! Scott and his staff were constantly available to offer tips, check on our service, more than any hotel I've been at. I recommend getting the package deals for Restaurants through the Inn as they even drive you in a limo to and from dinner; I parked my car for almost the entire stay!

We began out stay on July 27, and left on the 28th for a few hours to get married in New Castle New Hampshire then back to the Inn to spend another glorious 8 days. Everyone at the Inn are spectacular people. I could not think of a better place to have spent our honeymoon. We are treated with the greatest of respect each and every time we vacation at the Gazebo no matter what season it is. We definately feel like family with Scott, Bruce, Peter and Trisha. Thank you everyone for all that you have done for us including the photos. We love you all

We have been staying at The Gzebo Inn for a number of years now and would not think of going anywhere else when in Maine. The hosts Scott and Peter make you feel at home the minute you arrive. The atmosphere is very warm with the awesome great room, cozy breakfast area - where the great breakfasts are served by the hosts, then there are the fabulous guest rooms and suites. The grounds are beautiful with the pool area and salt water hot tub to enjoy. No matter what the season it is the most WONDERFUL place it stay at when away.

My family and I have been staying summers in Ogunquit for nearly 25 years. I have either stayed at or visited most of the hotels and inns in the town. This is not your average Inn and in my opinion this is a Resort. There is no question that this is the best place in town. From the minute we drove up we felt welcome. We were promptly greeted by Scott, one of the owners. He checked us in and then Peter the manager gave us a tour of the fantastic facility and all of its amenities. We were told that we could use their bar and the stemware at the bar as well. We had drinks and hors d'oeuvres in the Great Room and then took advantage of their in-house limo service. That’s when we met Charles. He has a great sense of humor and really made the ride fun. He drove us to both the Ogunquit Playhouse for a show and then out for dinner at MC in Perkins Cove. The following morning we enjoyed an amazing breakfast in the dining area (you have to try the scones). If you don’t care about friendly staff, large updated well-appointed spotless rooms, bar access for entertaining, private and central dining areas, great location, quite atmosphere, fantastic breakfast, satellite radio in the room, spa tub, fireplaces, balconies, amazing tile showers, DVD’s with your favorite movies, the best linens, comfortable beds, salt water pool and hot tub, beautiful grounds, internet access or available limo service. Maybe you can save $50.00 by staying somewhere else. As for us we plan to visit for many years to come. We feel like all the staff are our friends. When was the last time you said that about your hotel staff? We just returned from a relaxing and much-needed vacation in Ogunquit and stayed at the Gazebo Inn. The inn grounds were beautiful with lots of gardens and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Our room was great, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, there was lots of natural light in the room and it was clean and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was great with a lovely steam shower and two person whirlpool tub. The hot breakfast buffet every morning was wonderful and we bought two dozen scones to take home with us. The service at the Gazebo Inn was outstanding and all of the staff were very knowledgeable about the area, friendly, helpful, and courteous. The lobby of the inn was beautiful and Peter was nice enough to take a few wonderful pics of us in front of the gorgeous pink granite fireplace. We truly enjoyed our stay at Gazebo Inn and will definitely stay there again next time we visit Ogunquit.

They also know the area well and helped plan for dinners in the area and directed to area attractions. The inn is a great place to just kick back and relax. It was a much needed break for us both and this will be a place we plan to visit many more times The Gazebo Inn will exceed your expectations. Enjoy!

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience at Gazebo Inn. Our room was lovely, the huge walk in shower was awesome, and there was a tremendous amount of attention to detail. My husband and I were lucky enough to discover the Gazebon Inn 3 years ago. We have gone back every year since to celebrate our anniversary. We won't go anywhere else now as the bar has been set so high. We are sure any other place will be a disappointment. We have stayed in House Suite 3 twice and Barn Suite 3 once and loved them both. We may try something new next time, but we know we will love whatever room we choose. The shower is fantastic with a rain shower head, body jets and steam room. The huge whirlpool tub is great too. The towels are large and super soft. The bed is the most comfortable we've ever slept in. We love plugging our IPOD into the ceiling speakers to enjoy our own music. The Keurig coffee maker with cream and sugar in our room is a nice touch too. We always look forward to a great breakfast. We actually bring home scones for the baby sitting grandparents. The location is great with lots of great restaurants and things to do close by. The pool/hot tub area is very peaceful if that's more your pace. Bruce, Scott and Peter welcome us each year like we are returning friends. It is obvious they love what they are doing. It is clearly evident in the way they treat their guests and inn/property. Everything is handled with such pride and care.

You know you have had one of the best vacations of your life when you can't speak to anyone for a full day because you are upset you had to come home! this is by far the Best B and B I have ever stayed in. You are treated more like family than a guest by Scott, Peter and Bruce, talk about rolling out the red carpet, from check in to check out they are there. From the chocolates on the beds, robes, slipper to the best shampoo I have ever used, it's all right there. The breakfast was by far better than any restaurant around, from the fresh bakes scones to the belgian waffles, primo! I also had a massage which I highly recommend. They even have a limo if you need a ride anywhere you need to go. I could go on and on but I think you will understand when you stay here, its the only place for me in Ogunquit!!
5 on May 29, 2012
This is the best bed and breakfast at which we've ever stayed. The accommodations, amenities, service and ambiance are superb. But best of all are the innkeepers Scott, Bruce and Peter and their desire to make your stay perfect. We have visited several times and will continue to do so in the future. The Gazebo has become our second home in Maine!

We celebrated our 10th anniversary by staying at the Gazebo Inn in Ogunquit, ME, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! Our hosts were friendly and very helpful as we planned our weekend in the town. The room was spacious, included a full kitchenette, a 2-person shower with steam room, a 2-person jacuzzi, a fireplace that could be enjoyed from the living area or the tub... The breakfasts were wonderful, prepared with local ingredients (including fresh blueberry and cranberry juices! In short, I can't imagine a nicer bed & breakfast experience. We will return.

My bride and I absolutely loved our stay at Gazebo Inn this past April for our honeymoon. Scott, Bruce, and Peter were such gracious hosts. Not only was the breakfast delicious and the room fantastic, the folks at Gazebo Inn went above and beyond in making us feel totally welcome. We had the best honeymoon in Ogunquit because of these guys. We stayed in Barn Suite 3 and would love to come back in a few years for an anniversary. If you want to see Maine, stay with these guys--you will not regret it!

We have stayed at the Gazebo Inn about a half dozen times over the last several years, usually for long weekend stays. We recommend it very highly. We've come to know Scott, Bruce and Peter as friends and look forward to our trip every year. The inn and its rooms are extravegant. No detail is too small. The aromas of the fresh gourmet breakfast becken you each morning. The staff is very welcoming and accomodating. The inn has an on-site spa, new custom outdoor granite jacuzzi and pool. Each room is custom-designed and lavish. The barn features a well adorned and stocked bar for patron use as well as a theater room. There may be other places to stay when looking for a quiet, pampered weekend, but none better than the Gazebo Inn.

We try to make it to the Gazebo Inn at least once a year, if not twice. It is such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. We especially love Room 5, the Barn Suite. The bed, the linens, the incredible shower and the hot tub. Anything and everything we have ever requested has been granted to us. (Not that there is much to request) No detail is overlooked. They have thought of everything. The staff is amazing and kind and so helpful. They always make you feel as though you are family when you walk in the door. Our only complaint about the Gazebo Inn is that we have to leave at the end of the weekend. But we always leave looking forward to our next visit.

Run do not walk to the Gazebo!!! This inn has it all. Absolutely amazing staff, gorgeous decor, delicious breakfast (omg their scones...yum!) and a hot tub to die for! We arrived on Thursday for their "girls weekend" to a very warm welcome from Bruce (love him!!!) He showed us all around the inn and made us feel right at home. The weekend was perfect from the moment we arrived. Our "girls weekend" package included all our meals even a night out at fabulous Angelina's Italian restaurant, the best massage I have ever had with Amber, and a great make up class with lot's of fun products and tips. This was the perfect place to unwind and have some fun. Thank you to Bruce, Scott, and Peter for this magical weekend. They were there from the moment we woke till we settled in for the night. They were always there with a smile. They truly go above and beyond. I can't say enough. I also can't wait to go back!

I just stayed at the Gazebo Inn for "Girls Weekend" and it was FABULOUS! First, what an amazing place to stay anytime, not just for girls weekend. There are not enough nice things I can say about the owners Bruce and Scott, they are absolutely above incredible when it comes to hospitality and taking care of all your needs!! It doesn't get much better than Peter, he is so knowledgeable and his personality is unbelievable, also there when you need anything, and does it with a smile! The Inn itself is just gorgeous, beautiful grounds maintained so perfectly, the rooms are great, with the most comforatable beds I've ever come across! Again, I can't say enough wonderful things about the Gazebo Inn and also 2 Village square ( down the street, also owned by the best - Bruce and Scott) I will come back time and time again and if Bruce, Scott or Peter aren't running it, I won't be there! Do yourself a favor and stay at this amazing inn!

I have stayed at the Gazebo Inn for many years now. This is by far the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at. The Inn keepers are fantastic and the staff attends to your every need. The rooms are cozy, warm and exceptionally comfortable right down to the bed linens and towels! The breakfast is tremendous, especially the delicious raspberry scones! The great room in the barn is a great place to sit and relax with friends or just sit by the fireplace and read a good book! The new hot tub is great, especially nice to be soaking in the hot tub in the 20 degree temps in the middle of January! Great place to go with friends or for a romantic weekend away with your honey! Highly recommended!

The Gazebo Inn is a Classy, Clean and Welcoming place to stay. The different styles of rooms make it hard to choose. Every room is updated, modern and cozy. The staff is always there and always ready to make it happen for you. I can't wait to go back!

We just love the Gazebo Inn! We have visited at least annually for over 6 years and our circle of friends has enjoyed it so much that we just rented the entire inn for a weekend and had a fabulous time!! The hospitality of the staff is absolutely second to none! We have always been impressed with the exquisite attention to detail. The rooms are so beautifully and tastefully decorated. It's hard to go home after you enjoy the wonderful steam shower, jetted jacuzzi in-room tub complete with fireplaces and sirius radio. Delicious breakfasts complete with their famous incredible white chocolate raspberry scones and blueberry scones. They even let you order some to take home. Honestly, I want to take the owners home to decorate my digs! You MUST visit!!!

This inn has to be the best we have ever stayed at. We have been to many inns over the past nineteen years and this is the best yet. The innkeepers make you feel like family and the great room was so inviting and beautiful. We were so lucky to stay in Barn 5 and the room was amazing. From the beautiful bed, to the awesome sheets, big comfy couch with a fireplace, Sirrus radio, jetted tub, and a shower with more amenties than my car! We were so happy with the inn that we chose lunch nearby so we could come back to the inn and relax. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic Inn...beautiful, yet simple, cozy and inviting. Every amenity you could want with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Probably the best Inn I've ever stayed in, and I've been to a lot!

We stayed for the weekend in Barn Suite #1. The room was cozy and had all of the amenities we were looking for. A great getaway if you want to relax! Also breakfast was amazing and we were well taken care of. Thank you Scott and Peter for your hospitality. We will definately return when we can sneak away again.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Gazebo Inn. My family, friends and I recently celebrated a special birthday as well as rang in the New Year at the Inn. It was my second stay at the Inn and I cannot say enough positive things about it. It is such a wonderful destination if you are looking for well-appointed luxury. I have stayed in both a Queen room and a Barn Suite, and both experiences were wonderful. A Barn Suite sure is a treat, with the spacious room, king bed, double-sided fireplace, 2-person steam shower & jacuzzi, etc. It is the best Inn/B&B suite in which I have stayed. The Gazebo Inn probably has THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS EVER!! The great thing is, you can purchase a set of the sheets, which I was fortunate enough to be given as a Christmas gift this year! Along with the unmatched hospitality and the Inn's cleanliness, another thing that I really appreciate is the Inn's common rooms in which you can relax, play games, drink wine, chat with friends, etc. And what a great touch the outdoor jacuzzi is!! Since I discovered this gem of an Inn last February, I have noticed that the owners of the Inn are constantly improving the place (i.e. added outdoor jacuzzi, replaced porch area & outdoor furniture near queen rooms, currently renovating House Suite 10). It's so nice to see people take such pride in a property that they are always striving to improve it for their guests. Both times that I have visited, I have been so disappointed when it was time to leave that I immediately began planning my return trip! Hope to see you soon Scott, Bruce, & Peter!

We have stayed many places and the Gazebo Inn is the best place ever. Scott & Bruce and the entire staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. They make your stay an enjoyable one. To top it off the breakfast is to die for. If you want a place to relax and have a great time this is the place to go...

If your looking for place to stay that provides comfort and relaxation, regardless of the time of year, than you must stay at the Gazebo Inn Ogunquit. The Barn Suites are the most comfortable rooms we have ever stayed in. There is no question that we will return. It's hard for me to imagine another Inn in New England that could provide the level of satisfaction that the Gazebo Inn provides. If your looking for an exceptional place to stay in New England you MUST stay at the Gazebo Inn Ogunquit.

We decided that rather than spend Christmas in the hustle and bustle of the family to escape to The Gazebo Inn in Ogunquit Maine. Being away from family sometimes isn't always easy but Bruce, Scott and Peter welcomed us upon our arrival. Our stay with Scott, Bruce and Peter was a wonderful experience, exceeding expectations. We have found a little bit of heaven in Maine staying at either The Gazebo or 2V Square which is run by the world's best INN KEEPERS. You are treated as if you are the only ones in the INN with a need to provide you with the most impeccable service. The room was breathe taking- we walked in and drank in the well decorated suite with nothing out of place-- chocolates on the bed for the evening, wonderful towels and a bed that you literally sank into to sleep. Santa may have missed my home however he found me in Maine. We look forward to a return trip to be the guests once again of Scott, Bruce and Peter. Elaine Mitchell

Complete perfection awaited us at the Gazebo Inn. From the beautifully decorated main room...it had just been decorated for the holidays... To the wonderful guided tour we received from Bruce...to the absolutely fabulous salt water jacuzzi, to the decadent sheets (purchased a set before leaving), to the exquisite detail that is put into every aspect of our stay...PERFECTION! This was our first stay and it will not be our last!

Our first visit to Ogunquit was made exceptional by the Gazebo Inn. Everything was flawless, from the initial greeting when the manager stepped outside to greet us upon arrival to the rooms, attention to detail and top notch amenities. I can find something that could be better at everywhere I stay.. but the Gazebo Inn is an exception. Everything was perfect!

I surprised my wife with a romantic getaway at the Gazebo Inn for her birthday. We checked into our room which had a two sided fireplace between our sitting area and the bathroom. The bathroom had a two person jacuzzi tub and a large rain shower with body jets that also was a steam room. You could see the ocean from our room! The hot tub outside was amazing and just what was needed to relax in after our drive. My wife loved the flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and wine that was in our room that I had arranged ahead of time through the inn. Scott and Peter arranged for our dinners, the limmo ride to the restaurants they had recommended, and the couple's massages. The stay at the Gazebo inn and their staff helped me give my wife the perfect present.

We just returned from enjoying a relaxing holiday getaway with my elderly parents at the Gazebo Inn for Thanksgiving. Scott, Bruce, Peter, and Charles go out of their way to accommodate your needs and to make you feel so welcome. Whether it is sitting in the beautiful great room in front of the fireplace, enjoying the delicious buffet breakfast, relaxing in the giant hot tub under the stars sipping a glass of wine, or retreating to your beautiful room the Gazebo Inn has everything you need to get away from it all. The Gazebo Inn tops all the inns I've ever stayed in and the staff is the friendliest!

The weather wasn't the only wonderful thing about this past weekend in Ogunquit, Maine. The Gazebo Inn was the perfect place for us to stay. We loved the bed and breakfast atmosphere and amenities. Scott, one of the owners, and Manager, Peter, could not do enough for us and showed genuine interest in us and to our needs. Our room was over the kitchen, so you can guess that we smelled everything from the kitchen. But couldn't beat the privacy and those bed linens...so comfortable! Can't wait to go back.

My wife and I chose the Gazebo Inn based on its outstanding reviews. I was skeptical it could live up to them. But it did!! From literally the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Peter greeted us at the door. He gave us a personal tour of the beautiful grounds and amenities. Our room (House Suite 3) was big, and gorgeous with a jacuzzi tub big enough to swim in (almost). It also has a huge combination steam room and shower. Breakfast was delicious both mornings - French Toast, light-fluffy Waffles, Bacon, Sausages, Scones, Toast, 3 kinds of juice, 4 or 5 different coffees, and more. Scott and Peter were very helpful with dinner suggestions. We didn't get the time to try it out but the enormous hot tub is beautiful. Scott, Bruce, and Peter do an incredible job and seem to truly love their work. We can't wait to go back! Thanks for a GREAT weekend.

There are very few places and times in our lives you will find a place to stay that will truly change your own. My wife and I have been enjoying this treasure for quite a few years now. It is easy to tell you about how great the rooms are (and they are!)or how good the home made breakfast is (and it is!), but what is not easy to explain is how great they make you feel to be there. It is true that anything you might need for a great stay is at your fingertips. The new outdoor BAHT Hot Tub is a TREAT! Most people reading this already know how great it is to stay in a quality B&B. Scott, Bruce and Peter are why we keep returning to the Inn. They always make us feel right at home. I can honestly say that every time we go there is a new couple at breakfast talking about how great this place is. Truthfully I wish it was kept a secret, then we would have it all to ourselves. I think most people understand that feeling, however the Gazebo is to be shared and loved. Scott and Bruce love their Inn and it shows. You will not find a better manager than Peter to find a way to make your stay perfect. If you have not been and are reading this then you must. Once you do you will understand why you are home again.

Just got back from a 4 day weekend at the Gazebo Inn. The barn suite was a wonderful treat, everything was beyond our expectations. The inn keepers met our every need, we did not have to ask for anything as they anticipated our every need. Breakfast was cooked to order with so many great, healthy choices. Outside hot tub was a treat on a cool fall night. We would definitely go back again. The best B &B I've ever been to!

This was my first visit to Ogunquit and found the town a great delight and friendly. The mood was set perfectly when checking in at the Gazebo Inn. The Inn, my room and the approachable and friendly staff made for a exceptional and pleasant experience. Consider it for the great rooms, comfortable and roomy common areas, the breakfast and great staff.

My wife and I have stayed at the Gazebo Inn Ogunquit at least once a year ever since it opened. Our stays are generally for a week at a time. Scott, Bruce and Peter, as well as the entire staff, could not be more accommodating or professional. The rooms and suites are beautifully done and provide a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The breakfasts are outstanding with many choices of food each day. Additionally, being able to "meet and greet" with the other guests, especially during breakfast, is a lot of fun. We have stayed at many hotels, motels and inns in the Ogunquit/Wells area over the more than 35 years that we have vacationed there. The Gazebo Inn is, by far, the best of the best.

We stayed in Barn Suite 3 for 5 days, mid October. We absolutely fell in love with Gazebo Inn, Ogunquit and Scott and his staff. We had high expectations based on other reviews, and all of those expectations were met if not exceeded. No matter the weather, there is something to enjoy at the inn. The rooms and suites are luxurious, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, great pool and hot tub, and the common areas are spectacular. Best of all is the warm welcome you will receive from Scott and Peter. It is obvious to see why so many visitors return to the Gazebo Inn.

Gazebo is a beautiful inn in a beautiful place but the thing that really makes it special is the treatment Scott, Bruce, and Peter extend to their guests. The rooms are lovely, the massages divine, breakfast is so tasty, and the new hot tub is simply the best I've ever seen. However, I truly love that we feel like family each time we visit. Thank you for making our anniversary weekend so special. We can't wait to come back.

My husband and I have been vacationing in Ogunquit for may years. Since meeting Scott and Bruce at the Gazebo Inn we will not stay any where else. This historic home and barn have been meticulously converted into a magnificent get away destination. We have stayed in many of the rooms at the Inn. Each one is unique while having every amenity imaginable. The beautifully decorated rooms are spotless, comfortable and quiet. The gourmet breakfasts are excellent, giving us a different menu each day when we stay for a week. The breakfast rooms and outdoor dining are a welcoming place to start your day and get a chance to chat with other guests. Scott, Bruce and the manager Peter are wonderful hosts that will provide anything that you need so that your stay at the Gazebo Inn in beautiful Ogunquit, ME will be one to remember.

We had a perfect wedding weekend at the Gazebo Inn in celebration of our son's wedding in early October. Our family took 14 rooms with a variety of needs and schedules. Scott, Peter, and the Inn's staff handled every detail with gracious care and attention. The rooms were gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed and made us of the Great Room as the gathering spot each evening. It was just lovely and exactly what we were looking for...an elegant home away from home to be with our family for a wonderful Maine Event! Each of our guests were thrilled with the Inn, the rooms, the appointments, the quiet attention, and the overally atmosphere. Ogunquit is just delightful with an array of activities to keep everyone happily entertained whether it is a hike on the Marginal Way, antiquing, dining, or a simple walk on the beach. And the Inn's spa services are wonderful! I really needed that post-wedding massage which was one of the best I've ever had! The only thing I'd change, I would have stayed longer!

Looking for the perfect romantic spot? You've found it. From the chocolate and strawberries to the always ice cold champagne (though their sparkling wine is cheaper and even better than the French stuff), the Gazebo was so romantic I proposed to my now wife there Without hesitation, we concluded there was nowhere more perfect for our honey moon. We've stayed there three times and each time Scott, Bruce and Jeff somehow find a way to improve the experience. This time it was the outdoor waterfall jacuzzi, something we'd never seen before anywhere. Scott explained this was because they designed and built it themselves. The breakfasts are worth price of admission, alone. I thought my wife was going to fall over after biting into a white, chocolate scone with cranberries. The service is the best conceivable and Scott delivered big on a spontaneous whim to surprise my new married wife. The bed seem to be have been captured from the Ottoman Empire and I felt like Genghis Khan surveying my spa dominion. The in-room spa include a dual hot tub (easily the best one I've soaked in), not to mention a in-room steam shower and four side shower heads for a massage effect with a rain shower head above you. I can only say, "Wow!" The beach is easily the best in New England and right on a trolley line. We just ran there and it took about 10 minutes. It's a slow five minute bike ride. Though the rooms and outdoor jacuzzi are so awesome, we only went to the beach half the trip, a first for us. You'll thank me later for booking. PS If you're going for lobster, and who wouldn't--it's Maine--I recommend the Lobster Shack.

After reading all of the wonderful reviews, this seemed to be the right place for a special occaision. The Inn and staff were absolutely wonderful. Nice atmosphere for a couples-only retreat. The spa and local food selections made our vacation trip very memorable. The beach was quiet and offered hours of relaxation with the warm weather in October.

We have consistently stayed with the Gazebo Inn the past three years for a week in early October. The grounds are beautiful, the building's exterior and interior extremely attractive and inviting. The full breakfast buffet is a delicious experience to start the day. The services provided are top-rated. The location is fantastic for restaurants and shopping! And, the staff of this establishment is outstanding! We love it all!!

My husband and I were looking for a special place to celebrate my birthday. We found it! We just came home and can't wait to return. We've already booked our "wine weekend". We stayed in one of their Barn Suites. Every detail has been addressed at this spectacular destination. It isn't your typical B&B. I would describe it as "boutique lodging". Right at the start, our greeting from Scott was warm and sincere. He brought us through the Inn explaining origins and details, along with amenities. Amenities!!! The grounds are beyond words. The ocean is only a short walk away, however, we found ourselves not wanting to leave. The pool and hot tub are salt water. No smell of chlorine here. And to call it a hot tub is a disservice. This was an oasis. Beautiful plantings everywhere. Check the pictures and imagine yourself under the stars, glass of wine in hand, after a dinner at one of the many fabulous restaurants in the area. The rooms are beyond luxurious. Each one different. Walk in steam showers - two person whirlpool tubs with fireplace - incredible furnishings. Breakfast was delicious. (Don't miss the scones.) Scott was always available for suggestions and conversation. The restoration of this historic building is an obvious "act of love". I could go on and on - but I'm afraid the Gazebo Inn will become so popular I won't be able to get reservations anymore!!! Ron and Christine

This trip was a surprise vacation for my boyfriend's 40th birthday. I have always wanted to go to Maine, and he had wanted to go back after visiting when he was a kid. I didn't know what part of Maine to go to, but after some research on-line, I found that Ogunquit Beach was one of the best beaches. SO---I went to the town website and found the Gazebo Inn. I know what you're thinking, here's another internet review from a happy customer. BUT SERIOUSLY.....this was one of the best places I have ever stayed. I have been to every major hotel chain around the world, and they cannot compare to my experience at the Gazebo Inn. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and truly concerned about us, how our day went, and if we needed any guidance on local restaurants, etc. As for the breakfast, I don't think I could have cooked a better one myself! Everything was made fresh that morning. There were fabulous scones and The blueberry pancakes were to die for! The best part was they switched up the menu daily, so if you were staying for a long weekend, you didn't end up eating pancakes every day. The Inn is located a little north of the main drag of town, which was great for us as it cut down on noise from the local restaurants and was very quiet and peaceful. However, we were close enough to walk into town for shopping and entertainment. There really isn't enough space to mention how accommodating and helpful the staff is or how wonderful our stay was. They have a sign above their office that states “Enter as Strangers, Leave as Friends” it is a perfect statement to describe our stay. We will be going back every year!

My husband and I eloped this past August and I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better innkeeper to share my special day with. We stayed in King 1 and Barn Suite 1 and we were very happy with both of them. The Suite was our favorite (2 person jacuzzi-fireplace-steam/jet shower whats not to love :) Breakfast everyday was delicious, the raspberry scones are to die for!! The Inn is absolutely gorgeous, the grounds are surrounded in beautiful flowers and sitting by the pool/spa is like being in heaven. I must admit as beautiful as the Inn is the most beautiful part is the people that run it. Scott and Peter were wonderful!! Peter drove us in the limo to and from the reception and took wedding pictures for us. Scott surprised us with flowers in the room after the wedding. Even though it was just the 2 of us, the 2 of them made us feel like we had "family" with us all week long. We can not wait to go back.

Scott, Bruce and Peter make us feel as we are their family. I could not ask for a better place to stay or better people to stay with. The Inn is absolutely beautiful with it's HUGE in ground hot tub and pool. Who could ask for anything more, oh yes there is a sauna, guy room and even on site massage staff who are also very personable and a pleasure to be around. I could never exress all the gratitude we have for these men and their Inn. I look forward to eanh and every stay

From Check in to check out the most amazing place to stay. They greet you in the parking lot, help with your luggage, give an amazing tour of the Inn and are helpful and make you stay with them unbelieveable. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and conmfortable the suites have the most amazing bathrooms. The entire Inn is warm friendly and almost like being at home. Actually better than being at home. The day starts with the Inn's amazing breakfast then onto the sites and sound of Ogunquit or just hanging by the pool or HUGE inground hot tub. The Innkeepers are extremely knowledgeable about all there is to do in the area and have excellent recommendations for things to keep you busy and of course where to eat while staying in the area. We just love coming here and staying here. I truly hate to leave and usually book another stay before leaving. This is a must place to stay, once you do you will be hooked too.......

We chose the Gazebo Inn to celebrate our anniversary because it appeared to be one of the nicest places to stay in Ogunquit. We were right! We've stayed at a number of B&B's, but Ogunquit Inn was definitely one of the best. The owners made sure that every aspect of our anniversary weekend was perfect. The rooms (especially Suite 3) are luxurious and clean, but not overpriced. The bathroom had a huge jacuzzi tub (with TV!), a shower/steam room, and heated floors. Even with these amenities, the accommodations still don't overshadow the pool, spa, or delicious breakfast! The whole experience was incredible. Thanks Scott, Bruce and Peter for such a wonderful stay!

Imagine yourself being greeted by the Owner after a seven-hour trip, arriving to the suite of your dreams to find two-dozen roses, a bottle of wine, and chocolate covered strawberries. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week at the Gazebo Inn where we felt like family from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed incredible breakfasts of blueberry pancakes, french toast, scones, and much more! The staff at Gazebo Inn went out of their way to serve. When we realized the trolley would not leave us enough time to get to our sailing expedition, Scott and Peter offered the limo service to take us there. The limo was a wonderful touch! We went with the Footbridge Package and enjoyed three incredible meals at local restaurants, a couples massage class, and so much more! After the excitement of our wedding, my husband and I enjoyed the perfect getaway for our honeymoon at the Gazebo Inn. You will love it too!

My husband and I stayed at the Gazebo for a wkd away from the craziness that life can be with a 3 and 2 yr old. The Gazebo provides the perfect getaway and more. They have thought of every detail from the beautiful and well decorated rooms, modern designed main inn, Zen-like grounds to the delicious breakfast to endless care of all your needs. We have stayed in many B&Bs around the world and thus is above and beyond the best. There is no reason they should not be getting 5 out of 5 on all their reviews.

First of all you are greeted by a staff that excels in making you feel comfortable and for those of us who are return visitors we are blessed to receive the welcome back hug! Rooms are beautifully decorated to a stylish perfection, comfort envelopes you and the bed linens are extraordinary! Now let's get to the really good stuff.....pool area is a floral wonderland and the new hot tub is a perfect addition to the setting. Breakfast in not the usual muffin and coffee....breakfast time is one you must experience...fresh fruit, grain breads, eggs, spinach and feta, sausage, blueberry pancakes, and everyone's favorite the warm scones....choice of coffees, teas and juices. Any recommendation for dinner made by Scott, Bruce or Peter we would take without question. When you find a place like the Gazebo Inn you know you have found a vacation spot that will beckon your return time and time again!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Gazebo Inn for a weekend getaway. It was our first time staying in a B & B. We were warmly greeted by Peter, the general manager, who took us on a tour of this beautifully remodeled farm house. Our room was lovely and quaint, with a great second exit that allowed us to walk right out to the patio with pool and brand new hot tub. Each morning we stuffed ourselves with yummy food...cinnamon french toast, belgian waffles, and of course, their famous scones. We took the trolley or walked to all of the area attractions, like the beach, small shops, and wonderful restaurants. Angelina's, which is a very short walk from the inn, is a must visit! The food was fabulous and since we were staying at the inn we got prefered seating. Plus, we bought the $75 package that the inn offered and ended up saving at least $25 on our meal. Above all, the owners and staff of the Gazebo Inn do everything possible to make your stay a pleasant one. They are warm and friendly people who make you feel right at home!

Charming, beautifully appointed, wonderful hospitality. We had never been in Maine, arrived late and were nevertheless graciously welcomed. The house and its appointments were amazing, beds were comfortable and everything was accommodating. Our breakfast was appetizing and beautifully served. Conversations with the innkeepers were very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this unique B & B, despite the Maine rain. M.N., The Netherlands

The Gazebo Inn combined the feeling of being at a home away from home, while still managing to help us feel pampered and well cared for. Scott, Peter and the entire staff's attention to the smallest of details was so appreciated. Breakfasts were delicious. The pool and outdoor spa were a wonderful respite after a day at the beach or in town. All of the public spaces were large and inviting and our room (Suite 3) had every amenity we could want - huge two person Jacuzzi, steam shower, kitchenette, king size bed! We will be back again.

The inn is beautiful, the grounds are amazing, and the staff goes out of their way to make your stay one you won't forget. Scott and Bruce, the owners, Peter the manager, and Goron and the rest of the staff do everything to meet your needs and to make your visit to be exactly what your were looking for. We have stayed at many B&B's across the country and this is the best one we've ever stayed at.

Outstanding ratings bring all the components of a perfect vacation. Our suite, breakfast...even services of meeting our request of chocolate covered strawberries when we arrived, location, and without a doubt the best in customer service. Great hosts, Thank you Scott, Bruce and Peter

My wife and I stayed at the Gazebo for one night in early May on our way from Maine to Alaska. The room we booked was rather small because we have a large Airedale. At no extra cost, Scott & Bruce put us in a luxurious larger room. We drive the length of the continent every other year and stay in many B&B's, and we seldom met innkeepers who care as much for their guest's comfort as Bruce and Scott. It was a wonderful experience. Tom Sexton

We only spent one night at the Inn because we were on our way to traveling north, but I was so glad we got to stay at this lovely inn. We stayed in a dog friendly room since we had our small dog with us. The room was very nicely decorated and clean and absolutely no doggie smell. I got to swim in their pool early the next morning and we enjoyed the breakfast sitting outside on the lovely patio. I had taken some photos of the inn but unfortunately I accidentally deleted them. The Inn is located a little out of town but the trolley does stop out front. The inn keepers were very friendly and nice. Without a doubt I would recomend this inn - it is a good price and a good value . My only problem since I traveled with a dog was not with this inn but with the rules of the town of Ogunguit and neigboring Kennebunkport. While store keepers were very dog friendly and they had enough dog friendly places to stay the town does not allow dogs on scenic walks such as the marginal way. I would have loved to have gone on this walk but could not since my dog was not allowed. They have poopie bags everywhere yet they also have strict rules about where you can walk the dog. I just wish Maine was more dog friendly .

Scott, Bruce & Peter, Me and my partner had a fantastic weekend at your inn. We could not have asked for more, from the couples massage, to the pool and hot tub area, everthing was great. The room was very clean and comfortable, even though we chose the smallest room. The bathroom was fantastic. We also enjoyed breakfast, from the blueberry scones to the french toast and belgian waffles,we where very pleased. We are looking forward to our stay again on Labor Day weekend and we wish you a great summer, with a full inn the whole time. Thanks again for all you do. Joe & Jim from MA.

We thoroughly enjoyed our luxurious room (Barn Suite 5), with it's own steam room and especially the 2-person hot tub. The room was huge, private, and cozy. The breakfast was lovely - Belgian waffles with a choice of fruit sauces, accompanied by sausage. The whole Inn showed careful attention to detail. A highlight was the limo ride to dinner - very classy and special. Our only regret is that we didn't take a longer ride! I highly recommend this lovely inn in beautiful Ogunquit.

Peter / Scott / Bruce: I just wanted to drop a quick note to thank you and your staff for an amazing weekend. Tricia and I were blown away by your attention to detail when we walked in, and we remained totally impressed throughout the weekend. From your hospitality, to the facilities at the Gazebo, to the places you recommended for meals, to the amazing breakfast we had the Inn, we thought it a 5 star experience all around. As we drove home, I said to Tricia that staying anywhere but the Gazebo Inn would cheapen the experience of returning to Ogunquit. We will most definitely be back! Thanks so much... ------------------------------ Bill Webb

My husband and I recently spent our honeymoon week in Ogunquit at the Gazebo Inn, and it was simply marvelous! The honeymoon package included a much needed massage session, dinner 3 nights at wonderful restaurants in town and access to their limo to and from our dinners. Not enough can be said for Innkeepers Scott & Bruce and their manager Peter. These 3 made our stay so enjoyable and immediately made us feel right at home -- even when checking in right before midnight after a 13 hour drive! We were even treated to a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries in our room! From the delicious breakfasts to Scott & Bruce surprising us with glasses of our "honeymoon scotch" at dinner on our final night, we were made to feel so welcome and so completely cared for. We will undoubtedly be returning, hopefully for our first anniversary, if not sooner! For the newlyweds that just want a relaxing getaway where they're not swarmed with other honeymooners, the Gazebo Inn Ogunquit is beyond a perfect place!

This is our third trip to The Gazebo Inn for a wine weekend! As always it has been an amazing experience. Bruce, Scott, Peter and the staff are unbelievable with the hospitality they provide! I was actually greeted with a "Welcome Home" from Bruce when I saw him upon arrival! They do make you feel like it is your home, minus the cleaning and cooking! The Inn is gorgeous, furnished with the most comfortable and elegant styles! The Wine Weekend provides you the opportunity to meet new people, enjoy amazing food and unbelievable wines! Breakfast is a delicious way to begin the day. The homemade scones are to die for!! We already have our rooms booked for next year, can't wait to use the new outdoor hot tub! Thank you again Scott, Bruce, Peter and staff!

This is the 1st B&B where I felt comfortable. They have done it right -- great people -- thought of everything. Once you stay there you will continue to go back -- it is my husband's and my favorite place. I think we are on trip #6.
5 on January 22, 2011
We have been here several times now, and we are never let down. Relaxed and pampered from the moment you get there. Accommodations are the best by far, and everybody so friendly. This was the best time, our first wine weekend. And needless to say, already trying to squeeze in another for March. Nothing compares to The Gazebo Inn!!!
5 on January 19, 2011
We stayed at the Gazebo from 1/7/11 to 1//9/11 for a wine weekend. This is just the most recent of many stays at the Gazebo and each time we visit we book our next stay. We love the inn and Scott, Bruce and Peter! Can't wait to visit again in March.

My wife and I stayed at The Gazebo from Dec.26 2010 to Jan.2 2011, our fourth winter sojourn. As we walked in ahaed of the snow, Scott's "Welcome home." greeted us. Scott, Bruce, Peter and the rest of staff take care of everything, getting items we forgot, removing snow from the car and moving it so they could plow, then returning the car to where we parked, etc. The amenities in the barn suites include a 2 way fireplace, jacuzzi tub, a multi-nozzle rainshower, Sirius radio, delicious full breakfasts--and the usual ones people expect. Does it feel like home? We were snowed in our first full day there, and not leaving the room was not a problem, we luxuriated in the plush bed, the jacuzzi, listened to music and watched videos; ate in a kitchen area with microwave, refridgerator, utensils and plates--nothing not to love! Few places offer all that for the price, and of course the staff will help with dinner reservations, travel tips, etc. We haven't found anything comparable for the money, so we book our next visit when we leave--for us, there's no need to look anywhere else.

Just spent a romantic getaway-from-the-kids weekend with my husband here. Scott (owner) and Peter (manager) went above and beyond the call of duty to be there for us in helping choose a place for dinner (even got a discount through them), setting up robes for us for our couples massage (amazing!) and were just generally amazing hosts. There was nothing I'd change about our stay. We already can't wait to come back next year. Beautiful rooms, great location (walking distance to a secluded beach and a mile from town), and great amenities (massage, hot tubs, etc.) Highly recommend!
5 on January 03, 2011
My husband and I have been going to Maine between Christmas and New Years for the past 4 years and each time have stayed at the Gazebo Inn. The breakfast is amazing and the scones are out of this world!! Best ever!! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable (especially the barn suites). Love the outdoor hot tubs, especially in a snowstorm!! We never want to leave. Next year, we are bringing friends along and they'll never want to leave either!!
5 on December 26, 2010
Scott and Bruce and Peter are the best hosts, with the most comfortably beautiful Bed and Breakfast we have ever been. We save all year to spend a few weekends in this Gorgeous B and B. They will make you comfortable and at home....just a perfect place to be any time of year!! Alison and Bob

We just returned fromour fifth visit to Gazebo Inn in one year. It has become our true home away from home. You couldn't ask for better hosts, lovelier accommodations or interesting and social guests! Breakfast is always a treat and Suite #5 is the prize! We have already booked again for February and August. Best to book well in advance and use their convenient website. In our visit just ended, guests sat around talking about how many times each had visited! The packages are terrific and include restaurant discounts and limo service.

My wife and I have been to many places. We have seen very good and not so good. I always find time to see how other people are treated in the places we stay. I can say without a doubt that Scott , Bruce and Peter go out of there way to make you feel at home. The Gazebo Inn is one of those places where you keep going back to again and again. We are always looking forward to our next stay. Please take the time to stop in and see for yourself. Once you do I am sure you will see that it is a great place to spend time together.

A place you go to lose track of time! It was hard to leave our honeymoon suite because it was so gorgeous! Scott & Peter make you feel right at home. Take the couples massage class with Matt! Great times!
5 on September 11, 2010
The Gazebo Inn is a wonderful place to go for some rest and relaxation. Scott, Bruce, and Peter go out of their way to make you feel at home and to see tha all your needs are met. The rooms are gorgeous and the great room and library are two places that you can go to read, play games, etc. This inn is the place to stay if you're going to Ogunquit.
5 on August 16, 2010
We've been coming for 24 years! We discovered it on our honeymoon and have been coming ever since! The Gazebo Inn spoils us so it's very hard to go elsewhere.
5 on July 29, 2010
My husband and I were married in Ogunquit this June. We stayed with our families and friends at the Gazebo Inn and it was just perfect! The rooms are gorgeous and Scott and his staff made every effort to keep our party comfortable and happy. The pool was perfect for the sunny days we had and the jacuzzi was a nice place to relax in the evenings. Every room is a little different and just as charming as the next. The rain showers in the suites are bliss. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious and it was different each day. The comment I got most often was that it felt like 'A home away from home...only better'. I of course accepted the credit and praise for finding this gem but the credit really lies with the wonderful people who run this amazing inn. We have more memories of our time at the inn than at the actually wedding! Thank you Scott, Bruce and Peter!!
5 on July 19, 2010
The Gazebo Inn is a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The Hosts Bruce and Scott are very welcoming to their guests and Peter is a tremendous help with any questions you might have. You arrive at the Inn and immediately you fall into "relaxation" mode- the Inn has a way of making you forget all the stress of your work life and lets you enjoy the beauty of the Inn and of the town of Ogunquit! This is one of the best Inn's we have stayed at! Looking forward to coming back in October( already booked! ) for fall foliage! Annie Cronin

...is what makes the Gazebo Inn THE PLACE TO STAY in Ogunquit. We loved everything about the Gazebo, and we booked our next stay while checking out.
5 on March 09, 2010
My husband and I spent the first part of our honeymoon at the Gazebo Inn (we wish we would have spent the second half there too). This is absolutely, hands down, the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Scott, Bruce and their staff have left no stone unturned when it comes to quality, customer service and luxury at an affordable price. The breakfast was top knotch and the atmosphere of the Inn was modern, yet rustic. If you are looking for the busy wallpaper and lacy sylings of the most B&B's this would NOT be the place for you. None of that played out Victorian styling is used at the Gazebo Inn. I can't say enough about this place. We will definitely be back for more!!
5 on February 11, 2010
The food is fantastic, the rooms are immaculate, and the staff is warm and welcoming. It's the perfect getaway!

I read the reviews and booked this Inn. What a wonderful experience! The staff is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful. It rained during our stay, which you would think would put a damper on things, but we were thrilled. We went back to our room and stayed there for the day. Perfect place to enjoy all day. Bruce and Scott did a magnificant job with this place.

My husband and I have stayed at the Inn twice and both times our stay was wonderful! Last time was Christmas 2008 and it was the best Christmas gift to each other. Christmas in Maine is beautiful! Plus the Inn allows our 200lb dog to stay with us where most places only allow small dogs. Looking forward to our next stay in September!

We just apent our 10th anniversary at the Gazebo Inn and it was unbelievable. There isn't anything that Scott and Bruce haven't thought of from the piped in music to shower unlike any other. They are just helpful enough to make you feel taken care of but not invaded upon. I could have just stayed in the room all weekend feeling like a queen but there is so much to see in Ogunquit and surrrounding area. Next time we'll try for more time! Thank you so much Scott and Bruce, we'll be back.

We will come back to renew our vows....my fiancee and I escaped here and were married on Marginal Way. Scott, the owner, and Pete, and employee- our photographer and limo driver as well, went above and beyond in their kindness and generosity for making our day incredibly special and memorable. Scott video'd our ceremony, arranged for our cake and restaurant; Peter too photos; everything was amazing!
5 on February 21, 2009
My fiance and I booked a 3 day stay at the Gazebo Inn after searching through hundreds of listings on this website. I can assure you - the pictures do not do this inn justice! We decided at the last minute (2 days prior) that we would like to get married during our stay. Scott (the innkeeper), was able to give us the contact information for a Justice of the Peace that he knew. A quick call to her and the wedding was booked! I e-mailed Scott to be sure it would be okay to hold our small wedding ceremony there at the Inn - he said it was no problem and that we could hold the ceremony in the library on the 3rd floor, overlooking the ocean. Since the inn was almost fully booked, we were only able to accommodate one of the couples attending our wedding and had to refer the other couple to another hotel. Upon our arrival, Scott let us know that one of the other rooms became available and offered us an upgrade. We decided to take it and offer the other couple who had to stay someplace else our original room. They were able to cancel their reservation and come stay at the Gazebo Inn too! All 6 of us were amazed during the initial tour. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the amenities are impressive - they even have radiant heated floors, satellite radio with surround sound in our room, and a digitally controlled steam room in our shower (options we wouldn't have imagined finding at a bed and breakfast)! The buffet-style breakfasts were wonderful! I highly recommend upgrading to the Romance Package - it is so worth it! We had amazing meals at 5 star restaurants and the waitstaff was so friendly. Limo rides to and from dinner surely sealed the deal. Our car didn't move until we checked out! From the first phone call through check-out our experience was second to none. I would recommend this Inn to anyone!

Gazebo Inn is the perfect escape during the long winter holiday- less stretch of January to May. Relax in quiet, beautiful rooms, enjoy massages and homemade breakfasts and just make the world stop. It's perfection!
5 on February 01, 2009
Scott, Bruce and Staff made us feel welcomed and the staff just couldn't do enough.
5 on January 22, 2009
Close to the water and fine dining. We came across the Celebrity Cruise Lines of B&B's. Gently falling snow and fresh homemade waffles added to the ambiance, but the Gazebo inn pays attention to detail to the 'nth' degree. Tastefully decorated rooms, beds and pillows out of this world, and breakfast over the top scrumptious. Warm and welcoming staff. We'll be back. This is what hospitality is about!

Scott, Bruce and the Staff at Gazebo Inn met every special request I had without exception and without forgetting. My next stay will be even more enjoyable as I know now that things are simply done as requested. The value for what you are getting at the Gazebo is outstanding at any price. Breakfast was very enjoyable and fresh. The house blend coffee is smooth, good body and not a hint of bitter or acid. After staying a weekend I have come to learn that attention to details is what these gentlemen do best, and it shows through out the inn.

This is by far the best place we have ever stayed! The accommodations had every detail that a young couple would want (satellite radio, flat screen tv, hot tub, etc.), as well as a fun atmosphere. It truly felt like home. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get away!

Gazebo Inn raises the bar with the remodeling of a historic barn into a romantic, cozy 5 suite addition to it's already exceptional B&B. A great getaway experience!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Gazebo Inn's barn suite- impeccably decorated with the most amazing shower! Our special package came with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries-decadent! Their attention to detail in the barn renovations was evident. Preserving the old came together with the new beautifully. Breakfasts were okay, not great. My only complaint was the suite wasn't 2 rooms, just 1 large room.

There is no place that compares! I have been to many inns around the country. This is the best by far.

My husband and I have stayed in Inns all over the country and have found some lovely spots that have had bits and pieces of what the Gazebo Inn offers!! It is like a 'luxury' home away from home, but very affordable! We have been several times... with reservations made once again prior to leaving Columbus day weekend...and most of the great people whom we've met making their return reservations too! My search for the perfect sea-side get-a-way is over! Thank you Scott and Bruce!!! -Cynthia and Bill

Wanting to stay in Ogunquit, I found The Gazebo Inn and what a find it was!! They were practically fully booked but I was able to take advantage of another patrons last minute cancellation. This B & B was a little piece of heaven. Scott, the innkeeper was a fantastic and friendly host. Foot Bridge beach was in walking distance and a trolley stop into the center of town was feet down the road. Taking the trolly will save parking fees and time in traffic. The Suite was Amazing!! The detail paid to patron comfort was impecable. 600 tc sheets, individual piped in xmradio, 2 sided fireplace. 2 person jetted tub, heated floors, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, 42 inch LCD high definition TV, internet access, inground pool, library, and the list goes on. The shower/steam room was Unbelievable!! Large rain shower head soothes the senses, now add the 4 side shower jets and you have a shower like no other. Can you tell we loved it? My husband and I have already already booked our next stay. This spotless bed and breakfast was a great find. Buffet breakfast each morning made the stay complete.

We just returned from 5 nights at the Gazebo Inn Ogunquit. We chose to have our elopement/wedding ceremony here after an extensive search. We could not have chosen a better place! Scott and Bruce are wonderful hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Since we made last minute reservations -we stayed in 2 different rooms - King Room 2 and Barn Suite 4. Both were great! In the new Barn Suite there are so many great touches. There is satellite radio which you can play throughout the room if you'd like. There is a huge TV, a gas fireplace that is 2 sided - you can see it from the bed or the bathroom and the 2 person jacuzzi and also the steam shower with jets are great! The attention to detail and special touches exceeded our expectations! The whole inn is decorated beautifully and you can tell a lot of time and thought was put into it. The buffet breakfasts were out of this world! Every morning there were different choices - waffles, french toast, blueberry pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, cereals, bread, and then there were the absolutely delicious scones! The inn is located along Route 1 within walking distance of the footbridge and beach. The trolley also stops right in front of the inn. We liked being a little out of the busy section of town. It was quieter but still close enough and convenient to the center of town. We thought the inn was an amazing place and can't wait to return! Scott and Bruce - thank you so much - we will see you soon!

Arriving at the Gazebo Inn for check-in we had an immediate sense of relaxation and comfort in the expansive "living room" of the lobby. Oversized comfy chairs, an inviting daily paper and an air of refined rustic charm. Our room was good size, bathroom was outfitted with a wonderful jacuzzi and steam tiled shower. The King bed was actually as comfortable as ours at home. Scott and Bruce (co-owners) were super. Thinking of their guests at all times they unquestionably love what they do. Complimentary breakfast consisted of fresh made pancakes, eggs, yogart, fresh seasonal fruit, and muffins. We felt that we were over at a friends house. The Inn also has an outdoor heated pool, two hottubs (one inside, one outside), fitness area plenty of movies to borrow and beautiful gardens. We also took advantage of the their Mercedes limo to take us to an outstanding dinner at Arrows restauraunt. It was a bit pricey for dinner but worth it for the epicurian adventure. I do suggest the ten course tasting menu. Scott was kind enough to secure the reservation ahead of time. Our stay at the Inn was just two days for our anniversary but it felt like a four day vacation. By the time we had to leave we felt we made friends that we know we will see again not too far in the future. Highly recommended, quietly romantic, caring and friendly staff and good location. A gem of a find in southern Maine.

I entered Gazebo Inn last March, on a rainy, winter day only to be impressed with the detail paid to service and decor. I have since stayed at Gazebo a couple of times since, and have booked a few more stays in the future, and I am continually impressed with the inn. Bruce and Scott's renovation of the barn is quite impressive, as is the staff, food, and service. I love it!

My husband and I stayed at the Gazebo Inn in Ogunquit Maine for my 40th birthday. We stayed in Suite #5 in the newly renovated barn which is on the top floor. The library just outside our suite, had the biggest LCD tv we have ever seen, along with a Blue Ray DVD player and a selection of newly released DVD's free for guests to watch. The Gazebo Inn is by far the best B&B that we have ever experienced. It has all top of the line amenities but with a casual elegance and no pretentiousness what so ever. I was so excited when we were given the tour, to see that they also had a work out room with 2 eliptical machines, and a treadmill, along with a hot tub and sauna. They have a beautiful flat screen tv to watch while excersizing and / or you can plug your ipod in to the wall and listen to your favorite music. We were pampered even more, when we had a couples massage in the massage room, by a local spa that does onsite treatments. After we worked out in the morning, we went back to our suite and had the ultimate shower experience followed by a remarkable home cooked breakfast in the dining room in the main house. The home baked white chocolate raspberry scones were to die for! There were always 3 hot items to choose from and many healthy selections as well, such as fresh fruit, yogurt, whole grain bread, hard boiled eggs, a good variety of cold cereals and oatmeal. The coffee was fabulous and they have a large selection of teas. I could go on and on about how much I love this Inn! Last but not least, We loved the inn keepers, Scott and Bruce. They have a sign above the office in the barn where you first arrive that says something like "Meet as strangers leave as friends" which really encompasses how to describe Scott and Bruce as inn keepers. We truly feel we left the Inn having made two new friends and another place to call home away from home.

We have recently returned from out trip to the Gazebo Inn Ogunquit, and we wish we were back there already! The Inn is absolutely gorgeous, and the owners, Scott Osgood and Bruce Senecal, do an outstanding job at making each guest feel welcome. They are attentive and very accomodating. We had the pleasure of staying in the newly renovated barn suite 5. The room was incredible. It was by far the nicest room we have ever stayed in. (we travel a lot) We enjoyed sitting by the fire, and relaxing in the 2 person whirlpool jetted tub. While in the tub, it was a tough choice between watching the flat screen t.v., or listening to music on the bathroom speaker system. After a great night sleep in an extremely comfortable king size bed, we then started our day in a luxurious steam shower. Not only is the Gazebo Inn a great place to stay, but it is also in a great town/area with loads of the things to do. The beaches are gorgeous! We are definitely going to make the Gazebo Inn a frequent stop in our travels. It is the kind of place that once you have stayed there, you want to go back time and time again.

Looking for some solace while going through a difficult time in my life. Wanted to find a romantic B&B to go away with a special man in my life but also had to be "dog friendly" for he had a dog. Came across the Gazebo Inn online hoping when I was there in person it looked as nice as the photos and also the innkeeper upon speaking with him on the phone was so nice and accomodating. When we arrived, the innkeeper gave us tour. It is the most beautiful place. Beautifully decorated. Our room was #7 for we had the dog. It was such a romantic room. With the four post bed, 2 person jacuzzi tub, sitting area and also outside the hot tub it was two days of heaven, just what I needed. My friend had never been to Ogunquit before and really loved it. The inn also lets you use the other common areas and supply glasses and dishes and use of their kitchen. Tons of movies to borrow for a cozy night in. You can walk to the footbridge beach or drive and walk the Marginal Way (a very romantic walk). So many restaurants to choose from. We will definitely go back. If you are looking for the perfect B&B and romantic getaway in an ocean setting and have a dog to boot, I highly recommend staying at Scott & Bruce's Gazebo Inn!

I have been vacationing in the Wells/Ogunquit area every year since I was four. Two years ago I discovered the Gazebo, and have stayed there on every trip since. The wide selection of rooms offer fireplaces, Jacuzzis & steam showers. They are beautifully decorated with antique furnishings and lovely paintings. I am a chef by trade. For me, the best part of all are the wonderful breakfast buffets, lovingly prepared by scott each morning.

We stayed at the Gazebo Inn for a weekend getaway. This was our first stay at the Gazebo, but will surely not be our last! In fact, we have already reserved another stay in the spring! The attention to detail throughout the Inn and the personal charm of the Innkeepers, really make this B&B rise above the rest. Not to mention the outstanding breakfast every morning! If you're looking to experience the quaint and lovely charm of Ogunquit, definitely stay at the Gazebo Inn.

After the holidays, I needed a place to run and hide. I found more than I bargained for at the Gazebo Inn. My husband and I booked a package that included three nights and full course meals in three different restaraunts. We were hard pressed to decide which of the restaraunts was the best as all were superb in their food quality and service. The Gazebo Inn itself superceded my expectations. We booked a 2 rm. suite. As we walked through the door, we saw a king-sized (very comfortable) bed bedecked with pillows, a plushy Santa, and Lintz chocolates. The living room/dinette overlooked a very snowy terrace, which must be beautiful, as well as lively, in the summer. We slept between 600 thread count sheets and awoke to sumptuous breakfasts, such as; French Toast, Belgium waffles, delicious sausage, fruit, and scones to die for (blueberry and cranberry/white chocolate, made daily by our host, Scott). The best part of the package deal was our host, Scott. I never met another person who could not do enough for his guests. I understand fully why his business is 90% return. We booked our room for next year before we left.

We originally choose The Gazebo because we liked the package deal that included dinner at Julie's, a local restaurant. We discovered an absolute gem of a property and Scott, the most personable host we have ever had the pleasure to encounter. Everything about the property, from it's decor to the 600-thread count sheets to the full breakfast every morning, is top-shelf. The rooms include amazingly comfortable beds and chairs, real thermostats to control the heat and truly oversize towels. We were enamored of the room and all aspects of it, charmed by the attention to detail and received only pleasant surprises like free run of the common refrigerator, package deals that include several first-rate local restaurants, bottled water at no extra charge and Lintz chocolates on the bed when we arrived. Everyone staying in southern Maine should experience The Gazebo and Scott's hospitality: he truly makes guests feel at home.

We have stay at this Inn half a dozen times and each time we stay we book a future visit. Everything about this inn is comfortable and relaxing. It's within walking distance of the beautiful beach and a trolley stop is right at the end of the driveway for a quick ride into town. From our first visit we felt at home here. The beds are plush and cozy. The breakfast is always yummy. We can't say enough good things about this inn.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Gazebo Inn ! Just back from long weekend spent in the beautiful Inn where Christmas has arrived full speed, beautiful custom decorations grace the antique fireplace mantels and a dazzling Christmas tree completes the festive atmosphere. Great care is taken by owners Scott & Bruce, from the lovingly appointed rooms with antique furnishings and sumptuous bedding to the marvelous hot breakfast served each morning in the Breakfast room complete with gas fireplace that creates a wonderfully warm ambiance that is enjoyed by all. We have been coming to Ogunquit for the past 30 years. We got our Yorkie 6 years ago. We thought we might not be able to go Ogunquit anymore because most places there are not pet friendly. But luckily we found the Gazebo Inn. Clean, beautifully landscaped, and great breakfasts. But best of all, the warmth and friendliness of Scott and Bruce the proprietors. We have been there 6 times, and plan to return many times more. Our dog Zoe would not go anywhere else.

We have been spending summers in Maine for over 20 years and were introduced to the Inn's Owners Bruce and Scott by our son and daughter-in-law. We love everything about the inn and it has now become our "families" place to vacation during July. We also love it off season taking in plays and just sitting back and chatting with other quests along with the very personable owners.

I have stayed at the Gazebo with my westie, Angus, for about six times since 2006. The rooms are immaculate and comfortably elegant...even those where pets are permitted. It's great to have an LCD TV to watch too! The full buffet breakfasts are terrific--and I look forward to the raspberry white chocolate scones, sausages and flavored coffees when I stay. Scott and Bruce are extremely friendly and make their guests feel at home. I've just booked another week here for 2008!

We have stayed at the Gazebo Inn for the past 4 years now, especially during the wine dinner weekends offered in the fall and winter , in a conjunction with a local restaurant . It is at that restaurant we first met the owners of the Inn , Scott & Bruce at a very informal wine dinner. Well the very next season we heard they had bought the B&B from the owners of the restaurant and were offering the wine dinner weekends . We left the restaurant and immediately went to the Inn to sign up for the first season of wine dinners. I was never keen on B&B's before and was leary as to what to expect, it was an experience I would never had wanted to miss ........Scott & Bruce immmediately make you feel like a member of a family , and before you know it you and the other guests are interacting like you were "old " friends .

This past weekend, I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Gazebo Inn. We rented out the entire inn so that the whole family could stay together. It was perfect and everyone had a wonderful time. I could not have asked for a better place and better people to work with. The owners, Scott and Bruce, are amazing and went out of their way to make everything special. Scott was replanting flowers on the day of my wedding to ensure that everything was perfect and if I needed anything, he had it or would get it. What attracted me to the inn was that I could bring my dogs because some of the rooms are pet friendly. Surprisingly, you would never know there had been dogs in those rooms...they were spotless. Scott and Bruce are also a wealth of information on Ogunquit and activites/dining. They referred me to my caterer, which worked out perfectly. The inn itself is amazing with the most comfortable beds, a warm relaxing atmosphere, jacuzzis in some of the rooms, and gorgeous grounds (the wedding pictures are beautiful). They are in the middle of a major rennovation of the barn that will make the inn that much better. To top it off, Scott is a great cook and the blueberry scones are delicious. Before we left, my new husband and I booked for our anniversary next year...I am already looking forward to it. I feel as if I have made two new friends in Ogunquit and now have a place to visit that feels like a home away from home.

The Gazebo's hosts were helpful in suggestions for area activities. The bed was very comfortable. We would have enjoyed afternoon refreshments. Some cookies would have been a nice touch. The place was kept well and was quiet considering it was right on Route 1. We would probably stay somewhere else on our next trip just for variety. Good place for families with children.
