    The Tides Beach Club, Kennebunkport's newest oceanfront resort, opened its doors in May after a beautiful “room to lobby” renovation restoring many of the unique architectural elements of this “grand dame” while creating a fresh, open ambiance. Sitting prominently on Goose Rocks Beach in southern Maine, the Tides Beach Club provides gorgeous ocean views and unparalleled access to this 3-mile stretch of sandy white coastline. Lunch and dinner are served daily, as well as afternoon “Baubles and Bubbles”, featuring the freshest local oysters and sparkling wines. Menu items focus on fresh, local ingredients prepared in a thoughtful, innovative way.

    • Minimum stay: During peak season, there may be a 3 night minimum w/ some exceptions.

    • Deposit amount required: For a multiple night stay or package, a deposit of half of the total charge is due at the time of booking. For a one night stay, the full amount is due at time of booking.

    • Cancellations: Reservations are subject to a $25 processing fee if cancellation is 14 or more days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is within 14 days of the arrival date, we will retain your full deposit.

      Kennebunk exit off Maine Turnpike(95). Turn left onto Rte 35 and follow to junctions of Rt. 35 and 9. Turn left onto Rte 9 and go straight thru center of Kennebunkport(Dock Square). Follow Rte. 9 East to Cape Porpoise. Turn left after Fire station, continuing on Rt. 9 East. Go approx. 2 1/2 miles on winding country road. Take right at the small intersection with traffic island and sign post onto Dyke Road. Go to end , take left after General Store. Tides Inn is in fourth block opposite beach.

      Biddeford exit off Maine Turnpike(95).Turn left onto Rte. 111 east. At five points intersection go straight thru traffic lights onto West St.(between Burger King & Cemetary). Go to end of West St. and turn right onto Rte 9 west. Take 7th left at traffic island with Tides Inn sign post ont0 Dyke Rd. Go to end. Turn left past General Store, Tides Inn is in fourth block opposite beach.
