The main house, built in 1860, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and offers guests their choice of luxurious rooms or spacious two-room suites. Five cottage style buildings surround the expansive lawns and gardens and house 11 spacious cottage suites, offering privacy and flexibility to guests. Tastefully furnished, each of the 17 unique accommodations is decorated with traditional and Victorian appointments, featuring mahogany plantation or four-poster beds, fireplaces and spacious baths, some with whirlpool tubs; some cottage suites with small kitchens. Stroll tree-lined streets to the many fine shops, restaurants and art galleries of Dock Square. Ocean Avenue and the scenic harbor are just a block away.       Full refund of deposit if reservation is cancelled 15+ days in advance of arrival date minus a $25 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days in advance, we will refund the full amount, minus $25 bookkeeping charge if we rebook the room at the full rate.
