Experience the relaxed sophistication of this restored Victorian Inn and Cottage Suites located in the historic district of Kennebunkport, Maine. The main house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and offers guests their choice of elegant rooms or luxurious two-room suites. Five cottage-style buildings surround the expansive lawns and gardens and contain 11 cottage suites, offering privacy and flexibility to guests. The 17 unique accommodations appeal to any taste, with traditional, contemporary and transitional designs. All offer en-suite baths (some with whirlpool tubs), while some feature gas fireplaces, and most cottages offer the ability to have gourmet breakfast delivered to their door. Stroll tree-lined streets to the many fine shops, restaurants and art galleries of Dock Square. Ocean Avenue and the scenic harbor are just a block away, while sandy beaches on the Atlantic are just over a mile away. My family and I love to visit the Kennebunks at least once a year. This is the only place we will stay. We love the owners and all the staff...they make it feel like home each and evey time.

My wife and I have visited many very fine B&Bs from Savannah to Bar Harbor and the Maine Stay provided us with maybe our best experience. The breakfast, staff, rooms and location exceeded our expectations. The key to their success is the fact that the owners, Judi and Walter, are actively involved in the operations. Not only are they exceedingly pleasant people, but they also know how to run a B&B perfectly. We will no doubt return in the near future.
