    • Minimum stay: 2 nights for weekends in July & August; some 3 night summer weekends

    • Deposit amount required: For multiple nights/packages a deposit on half of the total is due. For one night stay the full amount is due at time of booking.

    • Cancellations: Your deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation before 14 days prior to arrival date (less a $25.00 cancellation fee). Should you cancel within 14 days you will forfeit your deposit. For Family Suites, your deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation before 30 days prior to your arrival date, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within the 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit of half your stay.

    As a local, I have not had the pleasure of staying at the inn. However, I just had my third meal at the new One Dock and I have to say it's become my local restaurant of choice. Lots of options on the menu from the small plates to full entrees. I've had the tuna special, lazy lobster and pork tenderloin special. All meals delicious and cooked to perfection. In addition the staff are pleasant and attentive. One Dock is a must try as a guest of the inn and a local!

    I found the Kennebunkport Inn on this website and I have to say that I picked the best place in Kennebunkport. The staff is over the top friendly, they knew the answers to all my "tourist" questions and since they are all from Kennebunkport it was like a bonus! The room was very nice. We stayed in the riverhouse and the room was a little smaller than I expected, it was still very nicely appointed. The bathroom with shower only was fine for us. THe dining room is excellent and the food was very very good. We will be back!
