Harbor Inn

  • Inn Details

Imagine yourself in another time, another place, a time when the pace of life was a bit slower and more gracious, a place where you feel comfortable and pampered. If you have such a desire and need to revitalize your spirit, then you deserve a vacation at Harbor Inn. The Harbor Inn is located on scenic Ocean Avenue, which runs along the Kennebunk River in Kennebunkport, Maine. A town rich in shipbuilding tradition and filled with classic architecture, Kennebunkport has served as an inspiration for artists and writers. For more than a century, many have tried to capture the spirit of the area, the rugged coastline, and the romance that is Maine. Harbor Inn is centrally located. It is an easy walk for you to explore the many quality shops, fine restaurants and art galleries in Dock Square. Experience a beautiful walk along Ocean avenue to Walker's Point, watching the waves break against the shore. Take in the sights and sounds where the river meets the sea and lobsterman ply their trade. Enjoy the beauty of the Atlantic as you walk past legendary Spouting Rock and Blowing Cave. If your tastes are for more active recreational pursuits, you have a choice of several sandy beaches, golf, tennis, biking, boating and fishing - all close by. Harbor Inn is ideally situated for the perfect vacation.

Our stay at the Harbor Inn was wonderful. Our hostess, Kathy, was warm & welcoming and gave us wonderful tips about where to dine and visit. The few couples within had never been to ME and they loved it, too.
