For cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or early departures, the deposit is forfeited and if we are unable to resell unused nights, the credit card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

    The Mt. Kineo Suite, a top the Carriage House provides a breathtaking view of Mt. Kineo and surrounding lake with large private deck. This 2 bedroom luxury accomodation consists of 2 queen size beds, double slipper soaking tub, large walk-in tile shower, double vanities, kitchen, dining room table and living area with floor to ceiling gas fireplace.Chloe's pub serves Friday & Saturday during January - March and Friday, Saturday, Sunday during June - October to outside guests. Lodging guests can relax, play games and have a cocktail any time. We feature Mooseopolitan, Lemon Loon and Black Bear Martinis. The Pub overlooks the lake and surrounding mountains with a great outdoor patio.
    Allagash suite in the carriage house has a queen size bed, sunken living room with fireplace and private deck overlooking the lake and mountains. This room also features a private bath with double jacuzzi style tub and separate shower.
    Baxter Suite in the Carriage House features private balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, queen size bed, birch rail between bed and sunken sitting room, double jacuzzi-style tub and separte shower in the private bath.Totem room on the second floor of the lodge has queen size bed, lake view, fireplace, private bath with jacuzzi-style tub/shower combination.
