The view from the back is a great way to begin the day with a breakfast from several choices. We also had dinner the evening before, and that was superb. The little town of Fryeburg is charming, and the Inn is in the middle of a nice neighborhood of interesting buildings and businesses.

We were on the drive through from Maine to Vermont. Perfect place to relax from the drive. Awsome room with a view of the valley, great dining and very nice people.

Wonderful, helpful staff. The views from the dining room are outstanding. The only drawback is the street is busy(noisy) during the day, but the town is small and the street becomes quiet at night.

I've stayed at the Oxford House Inn for many years now, and it keeps getting better and better! The rooms are lovely - well appointed, attractive, clean (of course!) and very comfortable. Breakfast is incredible; they even offer a choice of entree. Everything I've sampled has been delicious, as one might expect from a chef-owned inn. Do yourself a favor and come early enough to stay for dinner as well! That this fabulous B&B is located in Fryeburg only enhances its appeal.
