Sauteed veal medallions with Madeira, mushrooms & cream with veal stock base, Scallops L'Orange in a puff pastry, Baked stuffed Lobster with an fresh herb stuffing. All entress served with farm-fresh vegetables & a garden salad with home-made dressings.Wonderful desserts made by Phyllis. Breakfast specialties include John's delicious Eggs Benedict, Raspberry Jam & Cream cheese stuffed French Toast, Maine Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes, Homemade scones with dried fruit, Fluffy Omelettes of all kinds and Poached Eggs with a sherried Maine Lobster sauce.

- Cancellations:
Policy • A deposit equal to one night's room and tax, or the complete package price whichever is applicable, is required to confirm your reservation and will be charged to your credit card.
• In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within the 14 day window will be refunded less the cancellation charge, only if we are able to rebook the room. We would gladly credit the full amount with a Gift Certificate redeemable for any future date, subject to availability.
• All packages are non-refundable unless we are able to re-sell your reservation in its entirety.
• For your comfort we are totally SMOKE FREE. Smokers may use the front porch or smoke out in the yard. Guests who disregard our policies and smoke in their rooms can expect to be charged a cleaning fee of 1 full night's stay to give us 24 hours to make the room smoke free again.
• Winter cancellations are accepted only if airports are closed & roads to our inn as undrivable. - Accepted by the following agencies:
