Cancellations: Policy • A deposit equal to one night's room and tax, or the complete package price whichever is applicable, is required to confirm your reservation and will be charged to your credit card. • In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within the 14 day window will be refunded less the cancellation charge, only if we are able to rebook the room. We would gladly credit the full amount with a Gift Certificate redeemable for any future date, subject to availability. • All packages are non-refundable unless we are able to re-sell your reservation in its entirety. • For your comfort we are totally SMOKE FREE. Smokers may use the front porch or smoke out in the yard. Guests who disregard our policies and smoke in their rooms can expect to be charged a cleaning fee of 1 full night's stay to give us 24 hours to make the room smoke free again. • Winter cancellations are accepted only if airports are closed & roads to our inn as undrivable.

Hands down this might be one of the best Bed and Breakfasts I have ever visited. The food is nothing short of outstanding. The location is a quick drive to everything you could want to do in the mount Washington valley. The attention to detail in the house is great. Natalie and Jonathan are friendly, welcoming and helpful. My wife and I will definitely return soon.

Read previous reviews on this inn and was very happy with stay. The resturant is Incredible!!! It was some of the best food we have had . Definitely would stay there again!!!
