This trip was our second visit to the Brewster House. Our first trip was last month where we stayed in the Marshall Point room. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked a Christmas trip with our children. We stayed in the Bass Harbor room this stay and it was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers. There was a bathroom that connected 2 rooms - one with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Scott and Mary are wonderful hosts. Breakfast each morning was fantastic. The location is walking distance to LL Bean, the shops and great restaurants. It is a place that we plan to return to very soon.

Warm welcome, gracious hospitality, lovely rooms, delicious breakfasts and afternoon treats, a short walk to all the Freeport shops and a short drive to Portland Head Lighthouse. We had a wonderful stay at the Brewster House B&B and highly recommend it to friends, family and strangers alike! You won't be disappointed!
Thank you so much for taking your time to support us! We're all about helping people have a good time!! Yours, Scott & Mary

This is a wonderful and charming B&B. Mary & Scott were super nice and wanted us to be as comfortable as could be. Homeade cookies and a wonderful breakfast were delicious, and the fact you can buy a bottle of wine at the B&B and relax is a wonderful touch. Location is wonderful with outlet shopping so close by!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Brewster House for our anniversary. Scott and Mary are wonderful and make you feel right at home - they even put a personalized card and gift in our room for our anniversary! When we arrived Mary shared excellent recommendations for dinner and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room (Cape Neddick) was charming! Very clean and comfortable, it was perfect for relaxing after a day walking about Freeport. In the mornings the breakfasts were all delicious - our favorite was a stuffed croissant french toast, but all them were excellent. The B&B is also ideally located within walking distance to L.L. Bean and the area shops and restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again!
Thank you, we're so happy you had such a good time! Gee, I wish I got to eat Mary's breakfasts too!!

The Brewster House Bed & Breakfast is a lovely place to stay within walking distance of downtown yet quiet and relaxed. Breakfast was wonderful. Our hosts were very nice and had a lot of great recommendations for places to eat etc. but we were taken aback a little for being scolded to have booked through the bedandbreakfast.com site rather than the B&B's booking engine. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.
We're grateful that you found our property to your liking. I must admit I find the "scolding" term a bit puzzling though. I believe that you were to stay in a room that could've been set up as a king or 2 twins. My comments to you were intended to be educational for your future reservations at ANY B & B. I believe that I attempted to explain that the information we receive from most travel booking engines is quite vague (one name only, no bedding directions, no food allergy information and often very sketchy contact information), and therefore you should consider contacting the B & B directly (before or after booking)to be precise about meeting your needs. My apologies if that offended you! We hope you enjoy your next visit!
