The gleaming white clapboard inn features wrap-around porches and overflowing window boxes. We have just four guest rooms allowing us to be most attentive to the comfort of our guests. All rooms have wireless internet access, en-suite baths, Vermont style fireplaces, TV/DVD, air conditioning. Relax in our inviting common rooms or step outdoors to enjoy the porches, patio, stunning gardens and refreshing breezes.     Traveling north on Maine Turnpike, take Exit 52. Continue north on 1-295 to Brunswick and take Exit 28 on to Coastal Route 1. Follow Route 1 through Brunswick, Bath, Wiscasset. After crossing the bridge just beyond Wiscasset, turn right on to Route 27 towards Boothbay Harbor. Continue 12 miles and take a left at the traffic light to turn on to Ocean Point Road (Route 96), East Boothbay. Travel 3.9 miles. You will see our stained glass sign and inn on the right side. Parking lot is just past the sign.

  • Directions from airport:
    Exit airport and take the Maine Turnpike North. Take Exit 52 and continue North on I-295 to Brunswick. Take Exit 28 on to Coastal Route 1. Follow Route 1 North through Brunswick, Bath, and Wiscasset. After crossing the bridge just beyond Wiscassett, turn right on to Route 27 towards Boothbay Harbor. Continue for 12 miles. At the traffic light, turn left on to Ocean Point Road (Route 96), East Boothbay. Travel 3.9 miles to Linekin Bay B&B, which is on the right side of the road. Parking lot is past the sign.

We are located in a quiet village surrounded by the sea, just 4 miles from Boothbay Harbor. Our B&B is quite close to all the fun and attractions, but when your day is done you will relish our scenic, peaceful retreat.After a memorable day exploring the rocky coast of Maine, return to the inn and enjoy complimentary beverages and a homemade dessert in the beautiful living room, in the sunroom overlooking the water or relax outside on the patio surrounded by flowers. Enjoy a lobster dinner at a great restaurant on the peninsula, sink into the inn's comfortable featherbeds, and awaken to savor one of Larry's delicious, hearty breakfasts.
    The Holbrook Suite features a four poster king-size bed with elegant linens and sitting area with a couch, cable TV/DVD player, and gas fireplace with a large window overlooking the fragrant gardens and Linekin Bay. It features a bathroom with claw-foot tub and glass enclosed shower. A private porch with wicker furniture and overflowing window boxes is a perfect place to relax and watch the sailboats in the bay and the sunlight shimmering on the water.The peaceful Crooked Chimney room has beautiful vines and flowers painted on the walls by a Maine artist. It features a queen bed, antique furniture and a spacious bath. All four guest rooms have water views of Linekin Bay, air-conditioning, wireless internet access, telephone, cable TV/DVD, Vermont style fireplaces and en-suite baths.
    The Linekin Loft is a unique room on two levels.  Enter into the romantic bedroom with its king bed, original hardwood floors, lace curtains and beautiful wallpaper. Climb the stairs to the sitting area in the loft room.The Rhapsody in Blue room features antique oak furniture, original pine board floors and a spacious bathroom with beautiful hand-painted flowers on the walls. Relax in the comfortable chaise lounge and enjoy the water view.
    Climb the stairs to this room in the Linekin Loft room and sink into the two comfortable overstuffed chairs. Look out the window to enjoy fabulous views of the gardens and Linekin Bay. The other end of this room has a love seat which opens into a single bed for a couple traveling with an older child or teenager. Begin your day with Larry's hearty, full breakfast and casual conversation with other guests.  Take your morning coffee outdoors and relax in the adirondack chairs as you savor the delightful sights, smells, and sounds of a morning on the coast of Maine.
