Blue Harbor House - A Village Inn

The Blue Harbor House Inn, our Camden, Maine, Bed and Breakfast is comfortably elegant, yet refreshingly casual. Built in 1810, it’s historic charms blend perfectly with modern comforts. Enjoy soft linens, comfortable robes, Four Poster beds, fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs for your comfort and relaxation – and WiFi to keep in touch!

The Inn is ideally located a short stroll from Camden’s famous picturesque harbor. (Voted no 4 of the top 10 harbors in the US, by coastal living magazine 2007)

Enjoy fine local restaurants and art galleries without having to drive! Take a walk to the harbor for a windjammer cruise, and delight in the rugged coastline. Spot lighthouses, seals, bald eagles and much, much more!

At the Blue Harbor House you’ll begin each morning with a delicious breakfast --our specialties include blueberry pancakes with maple syrup and blueberry butter, hazelnut waffles, and portabella mushroom and gruyere omelette, with Irish soda bread.

Then take it easy in the parlor or in one of the front-porch rockers and plan you day. There is so much to in the Mid Coast of Maine, where the mountains meet the sea. Be sure to check ‘our Blog’ for upcoming events and last minute specials.

Whether you're planning an overnight stay, a longer visit, or a special romantic weekend, our Bed and Breakfast Inn will make your stay truly memorable.

This lovely downstairs room is decorated with cheerful pastels and offers a queen size pencil post bed. Relax in the sitting area with two wing-back chairs and table. There is also a dainty lady's desk for writing postcards and a private bath with shower.
This generously sized suite is a luxurious romantic retreat in the Carriage House. Have a restful sleep in the king-size canopy bed with bedding ensemble by Laura Ashley. Cozy up to the gas fireplace on chilly nights. The bathroom features both a claw-foot soaking tub and a large separate shower. Enjoy morning coffee on the patio which is just outside your private entrance (The patio area is shared by the Captains Quarters Suite).
