The view was gorgeous, as were the rooms. The food was gourmet quality -- delicious & unique. The hostess -- innkeeper was gracious, kind, & helpful.

Treat yourselves to this special room on the third level, offering cathedral ceilings, cupulos, and a panoramic view of the harbor.Room #2 (Beauty) Experience the fresh sea air, natural sounds and beautiful water views from your own terrace. A french door (private entrance) leads you to this outside seating area which has old fashioned Maine rockers, white wooden table, and flower boxes.
The Cottage (Solitude) Follow the stone steps to your own beautiful and private retreat amidst the natural surroundings of evergreens, flowering bushes, and a fresh water duck pond.Celebrate each morning with a delicious and beautifully presented breakfast of gourmet coffees, fresh fruits, home baked breads, and an interesting main entree’ prepared with the freshest and purist of ingredients.
Room #1 (Tranquility) Absorb feelings of serenity as you gaze upon the sails of the boats passing by your window; the charm of a little island in the harbor and seagulls soaring playfully.Room #4 (Lightness) Cozy third level room with peak of harbor and private flowered entrance. This is a new room that is small but holds much charm with its interesting architectural design and its ample amount of light and fresh air.
Room #3 (Sweetness) An attractive room offering a lovely king-size high poster antique mahogany bed. This bed can easily be transformed to twin beds for friends or family upon request.Maine Turnpike exit 52, to I-295, to route 1 North, to Route 27 South and Boothbay Harbor.
