Pryor House B&B

The Pryor House was just perfect for our 2 night stay in Bath. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast was a special treat each day. Friendly and personable hosts!

This is a beautiful old home and Gwenda is the nicest lady and made our stay very pleasant. The way she serves breakfast is very special and her presentation of the food on the plate is outstanding!!!

Loved the Tall Chimney room. Bigger and pretter in person than online. An outstanding value compared to the other local accomidation options. Very clean. Amazing breakfasts no matter how man guests are staying in the house. Planning a return visit!

The jacuzzi room was wonderful, breakfast was great, quiet atmosphere, awesome city! Try the restaurant solo bistro. Really friendly inn keeper. It was our first visit to a bed and breakfast and it was a wonderful experience. I love Bath already, and the Pryor house made it so much better.

The hospitality of Old Maine is manifested in this lovely home with gracious owners. The breakfasts far surpass those of any B&B we have visited. They are beautifully presented and varied (and don't let me fail to say "sumptuous"). The hosts are warm, helpful and delightful. They use details to make the entire experience an A+

We stayed at the Pryor House over a Saturday night. The website does not do the home justice. It is beautiful and elegant in a comfortable way, with a gorgeous double staircase leading to a wide landing upstairs, with the rooms off of it. Our room was spacious and comforable, with a large bath/dressing room. Gwenda, our host, was lovely, and prepared such a delicious breakfast that was both hardy and a delight to the eye. I would definitely recommend this B&B. The neighborhood was quiet and our stay was extremely relaxing. Diane

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that characterized our entire visit. The food was excellent, the house was charming and relaxing. We can't wait to come back!

My wife and I stopped by for one night. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious house, the guest areas that are clearly separated from the rest of the house, and the classy atmosphere. The innkeeper is very friendly and made us a wonderful breakfast. Definitely worth a visit.

We stayed for 2 nights in November 2008. The room was very comfortable and very-well appointed. Same goes for the private bathroom. We interacted mostly with Gwenda who was as sweet and accommodating as could be. She provided excellent service - which included a beautiful and delicious breakfast each day at a table that was beautifully set. Also - nice turndown service and excellent housekeeping service. Very nice sitting room on the first floor with a library and television. Very comfortable.

We have styed at the Pryor Hosue B&B on several occasions over a 5 year period. After or before visiting our son and his family in nearby Falmouth ME, it gives us an opporutinty to explore this interesting area.

Pryor House nestles on a street above the river. The captain's room is airy and has a second floor view. It's so quiet and peaceful that sleep comes easily. After a full rest, breakfast engages taste buds with homemade blueberry muffins, quiche and fruit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit from beginning to end. Charming Victorian home tastefully furnished and sparkling clean. When we returned late in the evening we were surprised to find our bed remade with cookies on our pillow! Breakfast was delicious, too! The host family was very pleasant - fun to meet them. Wi-Fi provided also.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Gwenda is perfect in this business. Very accommodating, even cooked special breakfast for my husband! highly recommend.
