Months after our stay, we still talk about the incredible hospitality of Helene and Roy, the outstanding food, and the ideal location. There's no question that next time we go back to Bar Harbor, we'll be staying at the Ullikana.

The house, location, food, and artwork are spectacular, but owners, Roy and Helene, are the gems that make this B&B truly wonderful. We just completed our 4th visit over 20+ years and once again, we hated to leave. We love this place!!
Thank you so much. Kind words like yours make us want to do even more for our guests.

First time staying at a B&B and it was amazing. They set the standard that my wife and I will judge all others. The owners and staff were amazing. The inn was in the perfect location. You can walk to everything in Bar Harbor. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend staying here.
So happy you chose to stay with us and that your first B&B experience was amazing. Thank you for your kind words.

Our return stay at the Ullikana was just as good as the first. Helene and Roy are wonderful hosts and there is a warm and friendly feel to the beautiful house. Feasting on Helene's marvellous breakfasts in the peaceful garden looking out to the bay is an experience we will long remember. The main street is only two minutes walk from the Inn and a pretty walk along the sea only two minutes the other way.
So happy you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again. Thank you so much.

Our daughter recommended the Inn at Ullikana for our recent trip to Bar Harbor, and we're glad she did. The whole Inn and grounds all seem to be in great shape, very clean and well organized and maintained. The rooms are also very well designed and great on the eyes. The whole area seemed to be very quiet, even though it is only a short walk to town and restaurants. The back patio has a great view of Frenchman Bay, and one of our treats during our stay was seeing the Queen Mary 2 while we had breakfast in the back patio. Breakfasts served were fantastic, and different every morning we were there. Not just delicious but also the way they were served. The afternoon snacks in the living room before a roaring fireplace were also very nice. On top of all this, Roy and Hélène have to be among the most gracious and helpful hosts we've encountered. The feeling was that they had time for all of their guests, were able to help them on tours, reservations and other activities in the area, and also really got to know their gusts. Their staff was also very courteous and helpful. If we're ever up in Bar Harbor again, the Inn at Ullikana is definitely the place we'll stay.
Thank you so much for the kind words. It was such a pleasure to have you stay with us. We really hope to see you again.
