We had a wonderful stay at the Bass Cottage Inn. The inn was immaculately clean and breakfast was excellent. Incredible attention to detail and very cozy without the chintz might expect at a B&B. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for our honeymoon! We LOVED it! The room was beautiful, the service was great, the view was wonderful, the innkeepers were very friendly and the food was amazing! We would definitly stay here again!

A gourmet breakfast is served each day in our bright Atrium. We bake fresh each day and offer fresh fruit and a choice of two breakfast entrees.Breakfast at The Bass Cottage Inn will be the hit of your day. We take our food very seriously at the inn. With fresh herbs and local ingredients, you'll savor treat like Lobster Quiche and Creme Brulee French Toast.
All of our guest rooms have either a king or queen bed for a perfect romantic getaway. The "Captain's Suite" (shown) offers a king bed, fireplace, private bath with whirlpool tub and harbor views.All of the inn was completely renovated in 2004. Each guest room has its own elegant style and designed for your comfort.
Each guest room has its own personal style. This lovely queen room offers a made in Maine folk art headboard, harbor views, a Victorian soaking tub and separate shower.With antiques, fine linens, artwork and more, all of our guest rooms offer a retreat from the typical B&B fare. Period detail coexits with modern conveniences such as central air and wireless internet.
Our Guest Pantry is available to our guests 24 hours a day. So help yourself to a cup of tea, fresh coffee, a cool beverage or an afternoon sweet treat.Room 1 A soothing vintage-inspired retreat on our main level.
