Just 3 kilometres from the old town centre of Todi, Villa Sobrano is a picturesque country house surrounded by vineyards and immersed in the green rolling hills for which this area is so well known. The villa itself is a complex of several agricultural buildings that stand around a central main residence. Today the complex of Villa Sobrano is made up of a courtyard, an entrance garden, the garden of the Villa itself, a small chapel and a fortified building erected in the 13th century known as the 'Castello'. Built in the 19th century, the villa reflects a design commonly used by local landowners for their country residences. It is divided into 3 triple rooms , 6 double rooms and 3 suites, each with its own sitting room. All the rooms are entirely furnished with period pieces, each with their own private bathroom and every modern comfort.

The farmhouse Borgo Campanile is located at the edge of Montefiascone, a cute small village on the shore of Lake Bolsena. The stone farmhouse is surrounded by a beautiful park, with many oak trees, olive trees and gorgeous flowers. In the summer you can take a refreshing dip in the sparkling blue swimming pool (10mt x 5mt) and relax among the scent of sunflowers and lavender. Located in a rural landscape, our home offers a magical and romantic getaway, with wraparound colored sunsets. The farmhouse offers guests 3 apartments; two smaller ones with max occupancy of 4 persons and one for up to 8 people, all furnished with elegance and in tune with the rustic environment of the farmhouse. Near Borgo Campanile you can visit towns of cultural and historical importance (Rome, Viterbo, Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Tuscania, etc..) Around Lake Bolsena there are many folk villages such as Bolsena, Capodimonte, etc.. There are two natural parks: The Monte Rufeno natural reserve and the Selva del Lamone. Borgo Campanile is managed by the owner, Susan Luciani, who prepares a delicious breakfast for her guests, made with blackcurrant jams, raspberries and blackberries; "homemade" colored cakes. The gracious building has two floors. The ground floor houses a small supermarket (where you can buy typical products from Umbria and salami production) and a lovely bar, owned by the same operators of the B & B, which can use at any time. Upstairs, you develop comfortable and cozy apartment, consists of kitchen with fireplace, living room, large lounge, two double bedrooms, for a total of six beds and two bathrooms. All rooms are tastefully maintaining a distinctive rustic feel, typical of the Umbrian hills.

The country house of Le Belle Rane(450m2) is situated among forest hills and nut trees, along the Turano River, a small river which runs through 2km of the property. The river is a nice place for bathing and relaxation in the summer. The house has immediate access to the surrounding woods where you can go for longer or shorter walks. There is also a small waterfall nearby. Horse riding trips may be organised upon request for minimum 4 people if booked in advance. In the hill side beside the house there is the panoramic swimming pool (16x4 meters), with sun beds and hammocks around. Relaxation and Wellbeing Weekends are also organised at Belle Rane upon reservation. Activities include massage (Lomi Lomi, relaxing massage, reflexology), Tai Chi etc.
