Deposits on rooms cancelled during the "summer" or holiday/special events are NON-REFUNDABLE. At all other times, cancellations or changes to reservations require 14 days advanced notice to receive deposit refund minus a service charge equivalent of 15% of the cost of the stay. All reservations cancelled or changed with less than 14 days notice will be responsible to pay the full deposit. All reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be responsible to pay the full charges for the stay.
