From the moment of arrival until the time of departure, The Benchmark Inn exceeding all expectations. Our room was spotless and cozy, with all and any details unmissed. A single live rose bud greeted us at the side window...and a live orchid plant welcomed us any time we entered the room via our spectacular deck. Dan and Daniel could not have made us feel more comfortable if they tried. They were wonderful hosts from start to finish. We hope to stay with them again the next time we visit Provincetown, MA.

Me and my girlfriend recently stayed in Room 7 at Benchmark Inn, I can't say enough good things about the accommodation. The room while small is very comfortable, and the view from the balcony is just perfect. Dan was a great host and we felt welcome, he was very personable and friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Staying at The Benchmark Inn was a wonderful way to reconnect with the Province Town after we haven’t been back for eight years. Daniel & Dan are friendly, gracious, warm and welcoming. The Inn locates on Dyer Street between Commercial and Bradford Streets at the East End. We stayed in room #1 (pet friendly room) on the 1st floor with our dog. At first we were a bit concern the room might be noisy for being too close to the street. But we were wrong - the room was quite and we hardly hear any noise. The Inn is tastefully decorated and breakfast was perfect. Daniel managed to help us to book a last minute dinner reservations at one of the best restaurant during the busy weekend. If you prefer a quiet retreat over party madness and still a short walk to the heart of the town - The Benchmark Inn is the perfect place for you.

We have just returned from our first trip to Provincetown and we feel extremely fortunate to have stayed at this beautiful B&B. Easy, 10 minute walk from the ferry on a quiet street. Upon arrival Daniel gave us a tour of the home and then sat down with us for an orientation of the town (with map and other information). Our weekend was planned! The room was spotless and appointed with exceptional detail (beautiful linens, smart storage for luggage, Nest system for perfect temperature control and more). The expanded continental breakfast was a delight with jams and breads made by the proprietors with patio or inside dining. The property has rings for locking up bikes, beach chairs, towels and umbrella's to use.... This is a business that knows how to make your vacation a perfect experience from beginning to end. We will be back and we are bringing friends - too much of a gem not to share!

This was the first time we had been to the Benchmark Inn, and extremely pleased with our wonderful experience! Dan and Daniel are the gracious hosts of this immaculately kept and inviting property. They both really go above and beyond to make you feel really welcome - and ensuring guests needs are met. If you need restaurant suggestions, things to do while in town, both were so helpful with recommendations. The views of the harbor and surrounding area from our PH room and large open deck were just spectacular! The room itself was very nice, well appointed, and immaculate as was the rest of the Inn. Let's not forget about the wonderful breakfast! Every morning Dan and Daniel would provide guests with a delicious assortment of special homemade breads, jams, fresh fruits, cereals, and a different pastry treat that they also baked themselves. Overall, our stay was excellent! I would highly recommend the Benchmark Inn, and look forward to another fabulous stay there next visit to Ptown!!

After a great deal of research into where to stay in Ptown for our honeymoon last week, we found the 5-star reviews for the Benchmark Inn. We were not disappointed! Dan and Daniel. the proprietors, have inning down to an art and science! The rooms were well appointed and well tended to, the views from our rooms--we stayed in Room 2 and extended our day by staying in the Penthouse--were picture postcard worthy, and the morning meals would be the envy of any of the chefs on the Food Network! Thanks, Dan and Daniel! --Rob and Jose

This past week was our fourth year staying with Dan and Daniel. Notice I didn't say The Benchmark Inn - there is a reason for that...because we feel like we are staying friends each time we visit. We always book the Penthouse Room which is perfect with its semi-private deck and comfortable accommodations. We LOVE coming to PTown and would never dream of staying anywhere else. One word describes the experience you will have staying at the Benchmark "Charming" See you next year guys!
