An impeccably maintained B&B, with service, housekeeping and amenities that could not be bettered. Highly recommended.

Fantastic holidays at Benchmark Inn

Our family had the possibility to stay one week at Benmark Inn in Prvincetown. It has been the most wonderful week for us.The owner, Dan and Daniel were absolutely wonderful men , they were so helpful, they prepared each morning a fantastic, homemade Breakfast,,all with organic food. We had a little penthouse with a huge terrace, overlooking the sea and the small town. When we wanted to go to the beach, umbrellas and chairs were given to us, free, and Dan and Daniel were always so helpful and georgious. We would love to come back to Benchmark Inn any time.

Elegant Simplicity in Provincetown, MA

Dan and Daniel are consummate hosts--warm and welcoming, professional and efficient. The Swiss-style breakfast on their flower-lined patio was a delight as were fellow travelers from the UK, Europe, the US Southwest. I began and ended my days on the private balcony that accompanies the room and appreciated a private entrance. The inn provides airport and ferry transport, a wonderful convenience as a car isn't needed in the town proper. The location is perfect: close enough that everything is walkable but far enough back from Commercial Street congestion. Bay views completed the picture--even and maybe especially from the shower! My experience was lovely, and I'll be back.

Absolutely the best

We have staying in many B&Bs over the years and without a doubt Benchmark Inn is the best. The inn is immaculately kept. Breakfast is generous with yummy homemade breads, pastries and jams plus all the usual offerings. Everything is spotless. We are returning next year - already made the reservation. Daniel is a great host. He is so warm and makes you feel right at home. I would recommend this inn to anyone looking for a great location and a quiet, well run inn.

The housekeeper is extremely helpfull. The room is lovely. Location just fine. Free parking is a great advantage. Breakfast has an European touch but misses some hot plates. So it will not be a 100% value , only a 99%

very comfortable & quiet atmospere .

Really lovely and excellently located B&B

Had a great and memorable 2 night stay at Benchmark as part of East Coast USA trip in late May. Dan, Daniel and staff were all amazing and really helpful. They greeted us from the ferry and gave us a lift back to the ferry at the end of the stay. The room was lovely and includes everything you need. The breakfast was varied and tasty- lucky for us it was warm enough one morning to enjoy it outside. It's a great location too, close to Commercial street and all the sites of Provincetown. Would highly recommend.

Always a great experience

My partner and I have stayed at Benchmark numerous times - each visit has been enjoyable. Wonderful hosts & staff (genuine, engaging, helpful, just overall great people), convenient location on quiet/peaceful street only 5 mins walk to the center of town, comfortable, clean rooms. The daily breakfasts are delicious and simple - fresh baked goodies, selection of fruits, variety of cheeses, an ultra cool coffee maker that can whip up regular coffees to tasty lattes with a touch of a button, teas, juice etc. It is a high end inn with a very warm, welcoming, comfortable atmosphere - a true Ptown gem.

A must-stay inn in Ptown

My wife and I stayed there for a few days earlier this year and were very happy with our booking. Spotless, immaculate and well-appointed, the room was a pleasure to return to. Our host, Benji, was super helpful (eg dinner reservations made for us at a nearby restaurant before we arrived) and very gracious and his hospitality mirrored the inviting warmth of the inn. Speaking of warmth, we were there was after a heavy snowfall, and the inn was very snug. Definitely recommended, and most definitely plan to stay there again!

I love this place!

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Beautifully decorated. Wonderful attentive service. Wish I was there right now, sigh... we got a room with a hot tub and a beautiful view of the water and the Pilgrim Tower. 1-minute walk to Commercial Street for shopping and eating! Super cheap prices for a nice spring weekend. I'll be back to the Benchmark!!!
