Season: Cancel 35 days or more prior to arrival date and receive deposit refund (minus a $45 administration fee) only if room is re-rented for the same time period. There are no refunds on cancellations made within 35 days prior to arrival during Season. PLEASE NOTE: Deposits on Reservations for Major Holidays of Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Carnival and Labor Day, Women's Week, New Years Eve/Day and any Special Event where the bookings are made months in advance, are non-refundable. There is no refund for early departure.
