My wife and I have been coming to this place for several years, several times a year. we love the people and the place is becoming home away from home. I would not go anywhere else.

The inn itself is beautiful, cozy and comfortable, but the best thing about staying there was the wonderful hosts, Robyn and Audri. They made me feel so welcome and the daily breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended!

This was our first time to Provincetown and the hosts of Admiral's Landing, Audrey and Robin, couldn't have been more accommodating. This B&B is on the quiet end of Bradford St, but just one block off of the hustle and bustle of Commercial St. The location was perfect. Our room was cozy, very clean, bright and airy, with plenty of drawers and closet space to unpack our bags for the 5 days we were there. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh baked goods and an egg dish every morning, as well as fresh fruit, yogurt and granola. You can't go wrong staying here!

From the moment I arrive Audri and Robyn made me feel right at home. The daily selections of hot food and baked goods were amazing. The room was cozy and the bathroom felt like a mini spa. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend the inn.

We recently stayed at Admiral’s Landing in Provincetown, MA. It’s a beautiful 1860 house owned by Robyn and Audri that, that to us, was in a perfect location as is allowed us to visit stores and galleries nearby. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor which was comfortable and had a beautiful bathroom. Every morning we had a nice breakfast that included coffee, yogurt, orange juice and cereals. But for me, the best part were the homemade cookies/cakes (that marble cake was delicious!) and the hot eggs shaped as muffins. Breakfast is served on a large table you share with other guests, but you can also go outside and sit on the patio, which is a beautiful garden space. Another plus is that coffee is available throughout the day and a microwave is available outside your room, in case you need it. Robin and Audri are great hosts and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It was our first time in town and they gave us great suggestions. The overall B&B vibe is warm and relaxed. Few days after checking out, we were still thinking about the good time we had at Admiral’s Landing. Thank Robyn and Audri for your warm hospitality. We hope to return soon!

A terrific place to be, in the heart of Provincetown, near EVERYTHING. We were there sans car and got along just fine. But if you have a car, you have your parking space waiting for you, so valuable a comodity! We loved our hosts.

The hosts were very warm and gave us a lot of good info on what to see and do and where to eat. We only had a few breakfasts there because of early morning plans but what we did eat was delish. The only small negative was the size of the room and the fact there was no tub. One very small closet behind the door and you could not store your luggage in it because the refrig was in there so our luggage sat out in the room. Also it says they have a bathroom which to me means tub if not specifically told it was a shower only which was a slight disappointment. Other than that it was great!!!

Audrey and Robin were awesome hosts very helpful, very friendly. Breakfast was great, fresh fruit, yogurt, a morning special by Audrey and Robin's special bakery and lots of other goodies. The room was great, very comfortable. Very relaxing. Definitely on my list to stay again. Cathy

I've travelled to Ptown for many, many years and have stayed at quite a number of B&Bs & Admiral's Landing was quite a find! It is as close to perfect as you're gonna get. The gracious & welcoming hosts, Audri & Robyn, are so sweet, hospitable & lovely people. Robyn picked us up from the pier which was great & they both showed us to our room. We booked the Admiral's Quarters, room #3, which was quite large & recently renovated. It is a corner room with 4 large windows, a large windowed walk-in closet with mini-fridge, and very large windowed bath with rain shower & soaking tub. The bathroom was stocked with Gilchrist & Soames soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. Morning breakfast was juice, cereal, fruits, amazing freshly baked sweets by Robyn, and a delicious egg frittata cooked by Audri. You can eat in the living room dining table or on the patio. The house is perfectly located on Bradford & Pearl Streets which was close to absolutely everything & just a block from a grocery store. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here & look forward to our next visit!!!
Room 5 is on the second floor, on the front side of the house with two dormer windows. A very comfortable room with a fireplace done in pale yellow with blue and white accents. The bathroom has been renovated and is larger with an air-jetted tub/shower combination.
Room 6, on the Second floor is a bright, airy room with a cathedral ceiling and a view of the Pilgrim Monument. Light filters through the stained glass window in the late afternoon. When this house was built in 1850, there was always a front and back stairway. This room is accessible only from the back stairway, which is rather steep. It is not advisable for anyone that has trouble with stairs.
Studio Aft is located on the first floor of our brand new cottage behind the main house. The private entrance opens up into our courtyard. This room features a Kitchenette (which is sufficient for preparing simple meals), Fireplace and a Private Bathroom that has a large rainfall shower with a bench.
Admiral's Quarters (Formerly Room 3) is a light and airy second floor corner room. It looks East up Bradford over the garden patio and the other side overlooks the courtyard. This room was renovated and expanded and now includes a Queen size bed, large bathroom with an air-jetted pedestal tub and separate rainfall spa shower.
Studio Forward Located in our brand new cottage behind the main house. This room features a Queen bed, Basic Kitchenette (which is sufficient for preparing simple meals), Fireplace and a Private Bathroom with a shower.
Room 1 is a cozy room done in pale yellow and blue. It has a fireplace and a stained glass transom which glows in the morning light. This room is off of the lobby on the first floor and overlooks the hot-tub/deck.
