A stay at the Afmirals Landing is always great, especially room 3!!! The owners are amazing and the service above and beyond. The inn is perfectly located and the rooms are great with nice linens and great bath. You cannot go wrong and the fresh bake goods are to die for. Yes go...

Everything was excellent. They were polite and sweet and engaging and helpful. Food was excellent too, but just the same type of thing each day. But it was delicious.

Was our first visit to Provincetown and we extensively researched where to stay. Based on reviews on Tripadvisor, Yelp and other sites, we decided to stay at Admiral's Landing B&B. Robyn and Audri instantly made us feel at home. The room we stayed in was warm, inviting an so charming. We wish we could have stayed longer!! If you come to PTown this is where you need to stay!!

The two proprietors of Admiral's Landing were incredibly hospitable. The rooms were decorated in the Cape Cod style and were clean and cozy. The homemade muffins or scones each morning were a great addition to our stay. As a gay male couple, we would not normally stay at this B&B, but we were happily surprised with our accommodations.

I have never stayed in a bed and breakfast place because I've always been nervous of the quality of the rooms and service but boy did this experience totally changed my mind about B&B. Robyn and Audri's place is close to commercial street. It is well maintained, classy but feels a lot like a home away from home. They are very welcoming and helpful. Beach towels are provided for but the best part is the home made breakfast in the morning. I would definitely come back and stay at their place. Wished they had more rooms to accommodate more guests apparently its been popular and people are reserving waaaaayy in advance. I was lucky with my reservation.

Arriving there we had free parking, and the owners received us very warmly and happily. I was surprised and satisfied with their care for the customers. The bed was extremelly confortable and the room was very nice and quiet. There was a breakfast with good variety of food in a single big table were you can chat and meet other people. During the day muffins and coffee are offered to take as needed. The only bad thing is the price, that does not reach every budget, but it was very high season and it was my only chance to visit Provincetown, as I only was in the U.S. for a few days. I wish to return there someday.
Room 5 is on the second floor, on the front side of the house with two dormer windows. A very comfortable room with a fireplace done in pale yellow with blue and white accents. The bathroom has been renovated and is larger with an air-jetted tub/shower combination.
Room 6, on the Second floor is a bright, airy room with a cathedral ceiling and a view of the Pilgrim Monument. Light filters through the stained glass window in the late afternoon. When this house was built in 1850, there was always a front and back stairway. This room is accessible only from the back stairway, which is rather steep. It is not advisable for anyone that has trouble with stairs.
