This place is charming and local to everything. Robyn and Audri make their guest feel welcomed , cared about, and like family. Their community breakfast table is a wonderful way to start your day, with great conversation with other guests , Robyn's fabulous baked goods, and Audri s yummy frittata! This is where I will stay on my next trip to P Town! - Heather

We have stayed with Robyn & Audri at Admirals landing on our last four visits to Provincetown. The house is beautiful and the owners are friendly and welcoming. The new guest rooms (Forward, Aft & the Upstairs Suite) are second to none. They have private entrances and are furnished with comfortable king size beds, ample kitchenettes, Gas fireplaces, and a climate control system. They are spacious and equipped with large ultra modern bathrooms. My Wife & I would not even think of staying at any other B&B in Provincetown, and will be returning to the Admirals Landing in September of 2015, if not sooner. Michael & Ana Tullio, Egg Harbor Twp. This was my fourth stay at Admiral's Landing. Robin and Audri have created a lovely haven. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate. Each time I stayed in a different room and enjoyed them all. The location is perfect. Breakfasts are delicious.

Robyn and Audri are wonderful hosts, owners and people. My wife and I stayed at Admiral's Landing for three nights--and it wasn't long enough! We stayed in room 6, and it was perfect. Very clean, very comfortable. Their breakfast was tasty, with plenty of options, and we met other guests every morning and had great conversations. One evening, we sat outside with Robyn and Audri and shared a glass of wine. They made us feel like we'd been friends for years. I can't say enough about them or their B&B. We will be back!

Clean (spotless), Greatly located & Great Service. My husband (as a Frenchman he can be very critical of quality) and I had a very enjoyable time at Admiral Landing. We spent 4 days there during the Labor Day Weekend. It was a real pleasure to go back and rest fully comfortably in this B&B. We had room #3 and I could not wait to relax in the private Jacuzzi tub before going to bed. Even the shower is large with plenty of room for a couple to shower together! Because of it is ideal location, it is very quiet, and yet just one block away from the happening commercial street and its center. As for Audri and Robyn, we found them both genuinely friendly. They picked us up from the ferry and dropped us right back there. Regarding the breakfast, it was just what we needed to get us going, as we didn’t want to eat too much and not be able to enjoy all the yummy food places around commercial street. Also, the other tenants were very friendly and it was nice enjoying breakfast altogether. We will come back with friends!

This is our 2nd year staying with Robyn and Audri and we could not be happier. The new addition is lovely, the owners are kind, open-hearted, interesting people and the other guests are always friendly which makes breakfast a truly pleasant experience. You are just one block from Commercial St, but it is quiet and all the homes are lovely so the very short walk is a pleasure. We cannot wait to stay again next year! Stan & Laura

We really enjoyed our stay at Robyn and Audri's B&B and would come back any time! The home made breakfast is the cherry on top of the cake - we loved everything about the room, the location and the welcoming warmth of our hostesses!

We had an exceptionally good experience at Admiral's Landing and will definitely stay there again. The key was the warmth of our hosts, who went out of their way to welcome us and other guests. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable and the location was excellent.
Room 5 is on the second floor, on the front side of the house with two dormer windows. A very comfortable room with a fireplace done in pale yellow with blue and white accents. The bathroom has been renovated and is larger with an air-jetted tub/shower combination.
Room 6, on the Second floor is a bright, airy room with a cathedral ceiling and a view of the Pilgrim Monument. Light filters through the stained glass window in the late afternoon. When this house was built in 1850, there was always a front and back stairway. This room is accessible only from the back stairway, which is rather steep. It is not advisable for anyone that has trouble with stairs.
Studio Aft is located on the first floor of our brand new cottage behind the main house. The private entrance opens up into our courtyard. This room features a Kitchenette (which is sufficient for preparing simple meals), Fireplace and a Private Bathroom that has a large rainfall shower with a bench.
Room 3 is a light and airy second floor corner room. It looks East up Bradford over the garden patio and the other side overlooks the courtyard. This room was renovated and expanded and now includes a Queen size bed, large bathroom with an air-jetted pedestal tub and separate rainfall spa shower.
Studio Forward Located in our brand new cottage behind the main house. This room features a Queen bed, Basic Kitchenette (which is sufficient for preparing simple meals), Fireplace and a Private Bathroom with a shower.
Room 1 is a cozy room done in pale yellow and blue. It has a fireplace and a stained glass transom which glows in the morning light. This room is off of the lobby on the first floor and overlooks the hot-tub/deck.
Room 2 is a pleasant room decorated in a Cape Cod cottage style. It has white wicker furniture and a fireplace. It faces the Pearl Street side of the house on the first floor overlooking the garden/patio and the hot-tub/deck.
Our WAVES Penthouse Suite is in our brand new cottage. Located behind the Main House on the 2nd floor it overlooks our private courtyard. It features a King-size bed, Fireplace, Wet Bar, Air-jetted Pedestal Tub and a Seperate Rainfall Shower.
