Back Acres Farm Bed and Breakfast welcomes you to a working horse farm experience. The farm is located in the Hilltowns of Western Massachusetts, at the end of a dead end road, in a 1783 Federal Cape farmhouse. The property has been a farm of various kinds since it was built, and a horse farm for the last fifty years. There are endless activites either on or near the farm- walks on the property's colonial coaching roads in summer, and cross country skiing or snowshoeing in the winter. Downhill skiing is very close by for more winter fun, and there is Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, Kripalu, museums and endless exploration available in the nearby Berkshires. There are also many good restaurants within a short drive. (A contact list is available). Best of all, the BAF B&B is pet friendly- dog, cats, and even horses are welcome here. The horse accomodations are very comfortable, and there is turnout and lots of trails- both on the property and in the nearby State forests. We hope to see you here soon!

Deposit Amount Required: Deposit is one night's stay payable by check upon reserving. The balance is due at check in.

Cancellations: Cancellation is 30 days for reservations in July & August, 14 days for all other times. For cancellations with enough notice, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $20 administrative fee. For cancellations within the 30 or 14 day notice periods, the deposit will be charged.
