    The Winstead Inn And Beach Resort comprises two distinct properties separated by 1.5 miles. The Winstead Inn is situated in the village of Harwich Center just one block from the center and 100 yards to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The Beach Resort commands a spectacular beach front location and is just a stroll to the Port Village for shopping and dining. Stay at one and be our guest at both.

    Reservation Policy

    • Check In: 2:00PM    Check Out: 11:00AM

    • Minimum Stay: Weekends and Seasonally unless otherwise available

    • Deposit Amount Required: 3 nights or less - full payment 4 nights or more - 50%

    • Cancellations: Cancellations for any reason within 30 days of arrival require payment in full; this also applies to an early departure of reserved dates. Once we reach full occupancy status we will do all we can to re-book your reserved accommodations to generate the greatest return, less 10% of the gross sale, (not including taxes), with a minimum of $25. Cancellations received prior to 30 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the gross reservation(not including taxes), and may be applied to a future off-season stay for a period of up to one year from cancellation. This policy is necessary as we are a small, personalized inn with limited accommodations. We often must turn away other guests due to your confirmed dates. Walk-in traffic is minimal due to our unique location thus, last minute changes afford us less opportunity to re-rent your reserved accommodation.
