Deposit Amount Required: A stay of 3 nights or less will require payment in full at the time the reservation is confirmed. Longer stays will require a 50% deposit on booking, with the balance payable 21 days before arrival.

Cancellations: Cancellations or amendments to a confirmed reservation more than 21 days before your arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the full charge, or $50 per room (whichever is higher), and the balance of your payment will be refunded. Cancellations or changes within 21 days of arrival are subject to the room/s being re-let and the above cancellation fee. If we are required to re-let the room at a reduced rate your refund will reflect that reduction.
