What a quaint and lovely place in South Egremont, MA. You can really feel the history of the home, and it is full of lovely antiques and cozy quilts. The owners have some REALLY cool collectibles for sale, old books and some amazing autographs. We enjoyed browsing through the items. My two daughters and I stayed in a room up under the eaves with a twin bed and a double bed, and our own bathroom. It really felt like we were visiting relatives, and had our own snug little room. The breakfast was above and beyond what we expected, made-to-order eggs and sausage, fresh fruit, cereals, muffins, yogurt--in short, everything we certainly would want for breakfast, and then some! It was a unique and fun place to stay for our visit to Simon's Rock College.

We have stayed at the WeatherVane many times over the years and always find it very relaxing. It's in a great location in South Egremont, near everything but away from the hustle and bustle that can go on in Lenox and Stockbridge. We use the inn as a base to visit Tanglewood, to attend the Shakespeare Festival, and to go antiquing. There are several very nice restaurants nearby, and Jeff & Maxine are always offering suggestions as to things to do.

Thanks so much to Jeff and Maxine for a truly wonderful time in the Berkshires. They could not have been more gracious and accommodating! They provided us with their parking pass to Tanglewood so that we could get in and out - the breakfast was amazing, the bed so comfortable. Took a nice refreshing swim in the pool, very welcome on this hot hot day. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed meeting the Lomes and staying in their beautiful home. Egremont is close to everything and the innkeepers were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for everything.

This place is charming, quiet and extremely comfortable. Our host was welcoming and informative, but never intrusive. I loved everything about the inn! Great book collection and lovely decor. Good food too.
