"Elegant accommodations for those with discerning taste." This Falmouth inn is a Federal reproduction of a stately home from the 18th century tastefully and lovingly built in 1994. Framed by magnificent elms and a majestic beech tree, we sit proudly in the scenic grandeur of colonial days. The attention to detail in encompassing the old with the new is remarkable and truly a pleasure to experience.

Jim and Maureen were very friendly and accommodating! My friend and I were in town to run in the Cape Cod Half Marathon. Jim had breakfast set up for us at 6 am so we could eat before the race. The food was great and Maureen's creme brulee french toast was decadent. I would definitely recommend staying here next time you visit Falmouth!

We stayed for the weekend of our wedding. It was just perfect. The owners are wonderful and the pineapple room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.

Had a great stay at The Inn At Siders Lane. Stayed in the Pineapple Room. Large, very comfortable, has bunk beds in an alcove if you have kids. Jim and Maureen were terrific hosts. Breakfast was delicious each day. They set up an early continental breakfast on race day morning for the runners who were staying there. Great location, across the street from the town green, walking distance to downtown Falmouth, museums and stores. Excellent value compared to other places in Falmouth that we have stayed in. Highly recommended.

Very clean, pleasant Inn, Oak Room very spacious, nice backyard for sitting, no long flights of stairs to climb to second floor, off street parking. Inn is across from village green. Front rooms do get traffic noise. Inn hosts are very nice and accommodating, easy to talk to.

The Inn at Siders Lane is just lovely and the owners Jim and Maureen are great too! The premises are lovingly cared for and spotless. Maureen is very attentive and accommodating for breakfasts and thoroughly familiar with gluten free diets as well as gluten filled diets. We loved stating there and will be back. We own a house on the cape but I wanted to treat my husband to a break from the ordinary. Jim and Maureen certainly provided this. The Inn is lovely. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast was delicious. We hope to make this an annual if not more often Champagne break from day to day life. Ruth and Bob Kee

A great place to stay for a special occasion or an introduction to the Falmouth area. Our stay celebrated a birthday, while one the other guest was celebrating an anniversary, the final guest was from England getting to know The Cape. Very easy to enter into conversation over breakfast and beyond.the location on Main Street is a plus for walkers and easy travel by bike or car to water activities. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and gracious. We loved the first floor Wicker Room, spacious with large bathroom.

We went away for our anniversary and enjoyed this charming b&b. The rooms are very clean, large and quiet. The breakfasts Maureen prepared for us were delicious especially the french toast.! Both her and her husband Jim were wonderful hosts. Steps to Main Street, which is Falmouth Center, made it a perfect spot to enjoy the quaint shops and eateries. Can't wait to return. Thank you for a great stay. Cheryl and Tony Watertown, Ma.

Lovely accommodation convenient for Main St and for travelling Cape Cod. Excellent hosts in Jim and Maureen. Very relaxed holiday. Not big with just three rooms so an opportunity to meet and talk with fellow travellers over breakfast.
