This beautiful B&B, located in popular Inman Square, next to Harvard Square, offers a lovely large guest room with an antique queen bed, and marble private attached bath. It is spacious, pleasant and private, and is located on the private second floor of the home. It is an easy 15 minute walk to Harvard or 12 minutes to Central Square, and 3 stops to Beacon Hill, Boston or 4 stops to the Freedom Trail and public gardens. This fabulous residence is nestled into a pretty Cambridge neighborhood with large trees and homes, close to artsy shops and nationally-recognized restaurants(Note: The queen bed is a little shorter than a regular queen.)

"The location is wonderful (walking distance to Harvard Square) at a peaceful and amazing neighborhood in Cambridge. The host is very friendly, diligent and willing to help his guests. Healthy and tasty breakfast served every morning! – Esteban S."

My husband and I stayed here 3 days while visiting my daughter. The location near Inman Square is excellent---we were two blocks from coffee shops and restaurants, yet Maple Ave itself is leafy and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Walk-in closet. Lovely antique furniture. Our host was terrific--- served breakfast coffee with freshly-ground beans and great conversation. We hope to stay again and again on our visits to Cambridge.

I had a fine 3-night stay here. Very clean and comfortable room and bath. Beautiful setting in Cambridge. Quiet, yet 10 minute walk to Harvard Square or Central Square. Host was friendly and helpful. I did not eat breakfast (my choice, I had other engagements) but it was cheerfully offered to me. I would stay here again for sure. - M. Roberts

Needed a place close to Harvard Yard on a busy weekend and this B&B fit the bill. Prime location, quiet street, privacy. They have off-street parking if you choose to rent a car. Wireless internet a nice plus. Breakfast had a bit of a DIY feel, was adequate only. Would recommend this B&B with one note: You can get there most of the way there on SL1 and the T, but if I were doing this again I would ask the owner if he would pick me and my luggage up at Central Station rather than try and walk it. I did not rent a car and don't regret not having one for this trip. Be prepared for some walking though. There are few B&Bs this close to the university and of the ones available this is a good option.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting my daughter, a Harvard student. The host was not here during my stay, so I actually had the whole place to myself. I've listed Service and Dining as 3's on this scale, simply because I never met the host or was fed by him. But the room was clean, quite luxuriously furnished, and was a simple 12 minute or so walk to Harvard Square. I would definitely stay here again.
