We stayed 3 nights at the Queen Anne in June, 2011 and were very pleased. The home has been beautifully restored, and our hosts were very gracious and helpful. The location is ideal, one short block from the "T" which gives you access to everything in Boston. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We will be back!

Queen Anne, in an excellent location, provides an elegantly decorated room with large windows on three sides and wood floors, a private but detached bath, a desk and free wireless. The other amenities were a bit uneven: no water glass in bathroom, no cup or mug in room (although there is a teamaker); parking involves moving vehicles around to accommodate owners' comings and goings; breakfast offerings, while presented beautifully, consisted of 3 cold cereals and a basket of cold english muffins and croissants, not even close to consistent with the overall standard. I would stay there again, but plan to get breakfast elsewhere.

    Innkeeper Response
We’re glad you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for the lack of a water glass or cup – Those should have been in the room for you. The on-site parking is tandem. It’s not ideal but the owners are trying to accommodate guests with free parking in an area where it’s difficult to find anything on-street. Breakfast is a self-serve continental breakfast, as described on our web site. Unfortunately, Massachusetts law restricts b&b's from serving a hot breakfast without a commercial kitchen.

I spent two weeks in the Queen Anne Brookline. The place is located in a beautiful area of Boston, very accesible to public transport. It is only two minutes to the subway-metro line. The room was huge and very comfortable. The only problem was the lack of enough place to store our clothes, the wardrobe was not big enough nor well distributed. The Breakfast was just excelent, and the service was great. I totally recommend this place!

Grace was a very welcoming hostess and made our stay in the Boston area exceptional. Nutritional and delicious meals to start the day and a short walk to the T-line allowed us to see all the sights that Boston has to offer. Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here
