    Reservation Policy

    • Check in: 3:00 PM    Check out: 11:30 AM

    • Minimum stay: Weekends, holidays and Brimfield antique show weeks, 2 night minimum

    • Deposit amount required: A credit card required to reserve a room, deposit is one night or one half the stay, whichever is greater. Payment due at check in

    • Cancellations: Since we are a small operation cancellations significantly affect us. When you reserve a room we agree to turn all others away for that time period. Should situations arise requiring a change or a cancellation in your reservation, we sympathize, but must maintain business policy standing by our cancellation requirements. For all reservations except Brimfield weeks (see above), a change or cancellation of a confirmed reservation more than 15 days in advance will result in our refunding your deposit, less a $25.00 per room administration fee. A cancellation of a confirmed reservation within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund, minus the $25 administration fee if we are able to rebook the room. If we are not able to rebook the room within the 15 day window or for a non-arrival or early departure, you will be charged the full price of your scheduled stay

    • Directions to property:
      Take 1-90 West (Massachusetts Turnpike) to exit 9. The road becomes Route 84. Stay to the right as you exit the toll booth and take Exit 3B (Route 20 West toward Brimfield). Travel through Sturbridge for approximately 2.5 miles and turn right onto Route 148. Travel approximately 7.5 miles on Route 148 until you come to a stop sign. Turn slightly to the left and stop at the second stop sign. The Brookfield Inn is located diagonally across the street from this stop sign on Route 9. Note: If traffic is predicted to be heavy exit the Massachusetts Turnpike at Exit 10 Auburn and exit right after the toll booth onto Route 12 toward Route 20 West. Travel approximately 1.5 miles on Route 12 and merge onto Route 20 West. Travel on Route 20 for approximately 10 miles (through the towns of Auburn, Oxford, Charlton) and turn right onto Route 49. Travel Route 49 all the way to the end (approximately 7 miles). Turn left onto Route 9 and travel approximate 5 miles. Just past Brookfield Motors the road will curve slightly. The Brookfield Inn is in on your right (note: there is a sign for Salem Cross just before our parking lot).
