    Reservation Policy

    • Check in: 3pm or later    Check out: flexible

    • Minimum stay: During our peak weekends we request a minimum two night stay

    • Deposit amount required: A deposit of one half the period reserved is required for reservations

    • Cancellations: Your deposit is nonrefundable, unless (1) there is at least a ten day notice of cancellation, and (2) the room is re-rented for the same dates. If these two conditions are met, the deposit, less ten percent (10%) service charge based on the total room rate, will be refunded. The balance is due in full upon arrival in cash, credit card, money order, or traveler’s check. There are no refunds on room charges.
