Cancellation: Unless otherwise stated on the confirmation issued by the B and B, reservations may be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Within 30 days, refunds will be issued for any/all days which can be rebooked.Credit cards are charged the full amount 30 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have beeen amade with the hosts. Presentaion of the actual plastic credit card and the customer's signature upon arrival will be required at check-in to complete the transaction.
