Because we cater to Romantic Rendezvous’, all overnight guests must be adults 21 years or older, & we do not accommodate children or pets.
Also Note: There is a non-smoking policy strictly enforced at Magnolia Mansion; however, smoking is allowed outside on the veranda.

Historically known as the Harris Maginnis Mansion, and once the headquarters of the American Red Cross during World War II (1939 -1954), it now operates as Magnolia Mansion one of New Orleans finest upscale Bed and Breakfast Inns. With eleven phenomenal Corinthian columns, a grand wrap-around veranda, framed by massive oak trees, Magnolia Mansion is one of New Orleans most majestic, most photographed and most treasured Historic Garden District Antebellum Homes (built in 1857-58).

1.) TAKE I-10 EAST.
2.) YOU WILL COME TO A SPLIT IN THE INTERSTATE, STAY TO THE RIGHT GOING DOWNTOWN TO NEW ORLEANS TOWARDS 90 BUSINESS DISTRICT.
3.) Take the ST CHARLES AVE/CARONDELET ST exit. Go Straight to ST. CHARLES AVE. and turn RIGHT
4.) Keep driving on ST. CHARLES AVE stay in LEFT lane (approx 10 blocks). Then turn LEFT onto JOSEPHINE ST.
5.) Go 1 block, Turn RIGHT onto PRYTANIA ST.
6.) We are up on the right hand side, at 2127 Prytania Street on the cornor of JACKSON AVE.
FROM THE EAST
1.) Take I-10 WEST
2.) Take the WESTBANK EXIT To the LEFT
3.) Take the CARONDELET ST exit toward ST CHARLES AVE.
4.) Stay straight to go onto PONTCHARTRAIN EXWY/US-90 BR W.
5.) Keep Driving Straight ahead to ST. CHARLES AVE.
6.) Turn a right onto ST. CHARLES AVE.
7.) Turn LEFT onto JOSEPHINE ST.
8.) Turn RIGHT onto PRYTANIA ST.
9.) We are up on the RIGHT hand side, - Nearest major airport: New Orleans, LA (MSY) 12 miles

- We cannot accommodate guest pets (No pets allowed on the property due to liability & allergies)
- Accommodations are not suitable for children (no children or teenagers, must be 21 years or older policy)
- No childcare is provided (no children, teenagers or guest under 21years of age)
- Deposit amount required (Fully Prepaid & nonrefundable at the time of booking for most reservations (see cancellation policy). All Cancellations must be given in writing. An additional $25 cancellation processing fee.)

- Check in time is 2pm-6:30pm and Check out time is 11am

Reservations are prepaid & nonrefundable at time of booking. All Cancellations must be given in writing. An additional $25 cancellation processing fee applies to all cancellations. Should you need to cancel your reservation and it does fall during a holiday, special event, convention date or part of a wedding party,
and the written cancellation is given within 15 days of the reservation check in date, then you may rebook and apply the nonrefunable payment credit towards another date (based on availability), if rebooking is made within a 60 day period from written cancellation notice.
Check in is between 2pm & 6:30pm. A late fee of $25 cash will be required at the time of check in for all late arrivals after 6:30pm. If arriving later than 6:30pm or earlier than 2pm, you must call (504) 412-9500 to make special arrangements. - Accepted by the following agencies:
