Coccinelle offers centuries-old New Orleans ambience plus 21st century amenities. Be our guest at our meticulously preserved, porte cochere style, Creole Townhouse. Located less than one block from the historic French Quarter and trendy Frenchmen Street in the landmark district of the Faubourg Marigny. These buildings were built circa 1840 for Jeremiah Tester and his wife, Felicitas, who may have been the originator of the famous praline, a signature New Orleans candy even today. Our two intimate guest rooms occupy a separate building (formerly the servants' quarters) with its own entrance and a second floor balcony overloooking our flagstone inner courtyard and our lush tropical garden. Each room has a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, fireplace, AC, ceiling fan and all the other amenities to help you after a day of meetings, shopping or sightseeing. We pride ourselves on our full complete breakfasts and extras that we provide our guests.

Our standard cancellation policy is 14 days (30 days for special events) prior to arrival for a full refund, less 10% handling charge on a one nights deposit. Credit cards are charged the full amount on 13th day (29th day for special events) prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made in advance with the hosts. Cardholder confirmation and signature required at check-in to finalize transaction.
