The B&B is beautiful and the service is always excellent. My husband and I stay here at least twice a year and love the location and the hospitality provided by Joe and Bebe. They always go above and beyond to make sure we have an enjoyable stay. They also have the best dining suggestions.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were beautiful. Location is so convenient for the streetcar. Food was plentiful and delicious. Joe and Bebe were extremely helpful with recommendations and advice for seeing NOLA. The advantage of being able to view the parades was very nice.

My wife, and kids, and I stayed here in January and it was the best place I have stayed before. The house was beautiful, very old fashioned on the inside, gave me exactly what I was looking for in a New Orleans exspierence. The rooms were very clean and confortable, made me feel right at home. The morning breakfast was great and fulfilling, and the entire family got enough food to last them all day great selection. The owners of place were great easy to work with, very polite, very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone that was wanting to visit New Orleans. It is close to everything you would want to do in New Orleans.

Perfect place to stay - on the trolley line that goes to the French Quarter and places in-between. Rooms and baths are spacious and very comfortable. The variety of foods always available is perfect for breakfast and snacking. I can't say enough about the help Joe & Bebe gave to us - booking tours (tour buses pick you up), recommending restaurants, and printing boarding passes. Have stayed twice and definitely will again.

Loved staying at the Avenue Inn! Owners Joe and BeBe really go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable in their lovely home. We really loved the beautifully restored home and all of the antiques. Our room was quite comfortable. We loved having the large dining room and beautiful veranda to wander and eat breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return the next time we are in New Orleans.
