At the Judge Porter House Bed and Breakfast, we are continuously thankful for the reviews we receive via BedandBreakfast.Com; allowing us the opportunity to create an environment conducive to the enjoyment of all our guests. After reviewing the letter forwarded to myself from these valued guests, I am hopeful any future guest will understand that the issues aforementioned are not specific to problems related to our Inn; and could have easily been resolved by simply managing the temperature of the output of water or understanding the positives related to our amenities greatly out way the few more moments it takes to facilitate the aforementioned. As we have attempted to create a relaxing environment by installing two-person Jacuzzi tubs in most of our rooms, where all needs are met or exceeded….it is completely understandable that the Jacuzzi’s require a small amount more time to fill than a standard bath tub. It is our thinking that the greater enjoyment of the two-person Jacuzzi, with a little bit more time to fill, is greater appreciated than the standard bath tub with no Jacuzzi Jets. As always, we are forever grateful for all remarks we receive via BedandBreakfast.Com; giving any future guests the opportunity to learn why we are the premier Bed and Breakfast within the Natchitoches community. At the Judge Porter House Bed and Breakfast, we pride ourselves on creating an environment where all guests’ needs are met or exceeded. It is common practice for us to leave all doors open, allowing guests the opportunity to view the entire property; before the occupants of that room arrive for their stay. We perform thorough walkthroughs of each room with our staff; following a checklist to insure the high standards our guests have come to expect are upheld. I can only conclude that perhaps another guest took liberties in this restroom before your arrival. Everyone associated with the Judge Porter House Bed and Breakfast is extremely sorry for inconveniences caused to any of our valued guests. As always, we encourage guests to bring any and all concerns, requests, or suggestions to the Innkeeper on duty; who will be happy to assist.
