My wife and I were looking for a getaway in St Tammany Parish and found this gem online. The location is off the beaten path so a great place if you like remote locations. Beautiful house, rooms and property, but the proprietor, Jo Ann Gray, made the visit extremely special. An excellent cook with a warm personality to match.

My wife and I spent our 10 year anniversary here and let me say it was the best decision we could have made. Quite and relaxing, this place is designed for enjoying life. Mrs. Grey was a joy to meet and her banana fosters French toast was incredible. We found this gem about 10 miles away from where we live but would travel across the country to have quality time like that. Thank you Mrs. Grey for letting us stay in your bed and breakfast.

We spent two nights at this incredible B&B. The grounds are so serene and gorgeous, the ponds were so cute and one includes a deck that extends over the water to fish from. The breakfast each morning was something homecooked and so delicious. Not just ordinary continental breakfast. We also opted for the sweetheart package which included a 4 course gourmet dinner. The menu we were provided with in advance was great and had a nice range of options. The ingredients were obviously of high quality and fresh. Each course was to die for, and JoAnn is an amazing cook. The cleanliness of the inn and the rooms were great, and the overall house is so lovely. We will definitely be back.

We loved every minute of our stay. Joann was so welcoming and gracious it was like visiting a dear friend. The home and surrounding area were peaceful and just beautiful. So relaxing after staying in New Orleans the night before. I felt like I was back in the French countryside!

I told my husband that I have always wanted to stay at a bed & breakfast, so he surprised me for our sixth year anniversary and took me to Maison Reve' Farm. When we drove up to the home I was amazed at how beautiful it was but, to add too my expectations the inside was just as beautiful. When we met JoAnn for the first time she was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was really nice and my husband and I loved the scenery. I would recommend this B&B for anniversaries, romantic getaways, or a peaceful getaway. However I could not imagine staying there again without Joann being apart of the experience. Thanks JoAnn for you hospitality!!

When you leave Maison Re've Farm you will feel as though you have stepped back in time to a weekend soiree' at a close friends french chateau in France. Definitely one of a kind Bed and Breakfast.

I stayed at Maison Reve' Farm on a weekly basis over a six months period while working in Metairie, LA. Dan and Joann quickly became my 'extended' family and fast friends. No details were spared in the design of the main house, breakfast (french) was always fresh and delicious, my rooms have been perfect. Clean, comfortable and more importantly to me...I always felt safe there. Thank you Dan and Joann! I love you both!

Stayed 3 nights for our 50th wedding anniversary; booked the Sweetheart Pkg & had a romantic, private, candlelight dinner; food was absolutely delicious! Great breakfasts, too. Warmest welcome from the hostest who made her home our own. She was very knowledgeable about New Orleans; her recommendations were most helpful. (Only one thing I would change; a door on the suite's bathroom rather than curtains.)

Do NOT stay here. We went to Maison Reve after carefully researching B&B's for the weekend of our first wedding anniversary. After reading about the extensive walking trails on the property and being assured of a great homemade vegetarian breakfast by the hosts, we were very excited. We also booked a massage for the both of us through the property. I cannot begin to express how awful the experience was. Do NOT stay here. The massage therapist they hired was awful. She was late, radiated stress herself, and was technically poor as a massage therapist. As for the food, day 1 consisted of dry, tasteless eggs and biscuits made from a box. Day 2 was literally (I wish I was joking) Cheerios (CHEERIOS!) and 'blueberry' muffins made from a box with fake 'blueberries'. The extensive walking trails are nonexistent. Finally, the entire experience was awkward as there was family of the owners all over the house. Instead of feeling like I was staying at a private B&B, I felt like I was crashing at someone's house. What bothers me the most is the For Sale sign outside. I don't know if the owners have stopped trying now that they want to sell the place, or if their terrible service has led them to sell. Either way, I felt duped and we left a day early, deciding to cut our vacation short rather than stay another night. For a first anniversary celebration, I was incredibly disappointed. I will never stay there again. If you're considering buying it, know that they're driven away any customer base you hope to inherit.
You may read all of my other reviews and then make a judgement. This is not a fair review and she was returned the entire amount for her stay, only after that did she post. As for her comment about my Inn being for sale my husband passed away recently and I didn't think I wanted to continue. Reading all of the great reviews I will continue.
