Fabulous, again!!! What's fabulous about Splendor Farms is; that nothing is "over the top",(Except for the Eggs Bennedict, and Huevos Rancheros). No, ladies and gentlemen...this is not a day spa where your every whim is catered to. Genuine farm. Genuine people who love and care for animals. Genuine bed and breakfast. Is it perfect? Probably not...But it just so happens to be the perfect little get-away for "city-folk",like my wife and myself. Not so far so as to be out of touch with everything; but if you're looking for a reprieve from the "hustle and bustle", of city life, I highly recommend this little gem. Kelly is an awesome host. Come as you are...Ride a horse...Stroll the grounds...Go fishing...Meditate...Buy a Dachshund...Once you go...You'll be back...

Splendor Farms is a great place to spend a day or two away from the busy life. The one hour horse ride is fun and can't wait to try the two hour ride. The surrounding cities are quaint with lots of photo opportunities. The staff are amazing! The big home cooked breakfasts are scrumptious. If you are looking for great place filled with Southern hospitality, this is it!

Splendor Farm was a lovely experience with all the friendly dogs and horses. James, the trail guide, was funny and made the ride very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and extremely filling.

I loved Splendor Farms - all of it! The breakfast alone is worth the trip. Can you say gourmet? Fresh? Innovative? But besides that, the rooms were comfortable and roomy. The animals were fat and happy. The trail ride was geared to my horsemanship abilities, and the trailguide was friendly and helpful. There was as much to do as one would want to do, but my favorite (after breakfast) was just being lazy by the pool. I hope to return soon and often. - KM

Kelly, our breakfast at Splendor Farms was the absolute best we have ever had at any B&B! It was not only "gourmet," but also just wholesome goodness. I loved the starter yogurt-granola-fresh fruit parfaits in your fantastic dining room, the wonderful Louisiana coffee, the fresh eggs and bacon and muffins. Your hens must be the happiest ones alive to lay such good eggs! Hope to see you again real soon!!
