Sauteed Bananas

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 Sliced Bananas Bananas

  1. Melt butter. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to skillet. Add brown suger and raisins. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat, add lemon juice.
  3. Slice bananas and stir into mixture.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Do not cook bananas
