Ingredients

  • 1 can Mushroom with garlic soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Concord Foods Original Roasted Potato Spice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 2 lb. bag frozen potato cubes, defrosted

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spray 9x13 pan with PAM
  3. Put all ingredients into pan and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Bake for 1 hour.
