Fruit Compote

Ingredients

  • 1 lb dark brown sugar
  • 9 teaspoons corn starch
  • 7 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 cups orange juice

  1. Roughly chop fruit (we usually choose strawberries) and add all ingredients to large pot.
  2. Simmer mixture until it reaches desired consistency, stirring often. Mash if needed, leaving lots of larger pieces intact.
